I was travelling alone and being a woman in Italy is always dicey. But the Hotel was
friendly and helpful. From the housekeeper to help me sort out the kettle. The receptionists
were super effecient and well trained . Nothing was a problem..
The decor was super cool . Didnt have time for breakfast as had early app but returned for absolutely delicious lunch in the garden.
Had intended going to Tango but Thursdays the Manager hosts a party for guests. Wow Great fun !! The theme was ALoha and all night the staff and guests kept including me .Followed by an after party with cake and proseco . My only con is that its about 15mins by tram from the centre. My room price didn t include the spa but its only 15e p.p. per day

Centrally located hotel, 20 mins by tram to the centre of town. Excellent breakfast, I have never seen so much fresh fruit! Room was clean and had all of the usual bits and pieces. However, the staff at Reception were generally terrible! Unhelpful, unfriendly and could barely speak English. It took forever to check in which I found rather strange as we had a booking. I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we were in the city to watch Take That!

Received a warm welcome, felt rubbish though when i couldn't speak much Italian but the majority of the staff spoke very good English.

Very helpful reception staff, pointing us towards authentic Italian restaurants, providing maps, ordering taxis, advising on transport etc etc!

Room was clean, tidy and modern with tea/coffee making facilites. Bathroom was lovely, powerful hot shower and lots of freebie toiletries.

Beds were comfortable although my friend didn't like the soft pillows.

Our room was at the back so didn't have a fab view, we weren't bothered as we weren't there for the view from the room.

Buffet breakfast and hot breakfast very good and in plentiful supply.

Bar staff very efficient, unfortunately the prices aren't! 8 euros for a double vodka and mixer! But again we weren't planning on staying in there!

Room Tip: If you fly in to Linate airport get a cab if there's 2 of you, the cost of alternative transport...

We stayed here last week, my friend and I came to Milan for the Take That concert.
This hotel is well worth the money. It's clean, modern and the staff are really helpful. Its about 15 minutes on a tram to the centre. We picked this hotel because it was close to the San Siro stadium.
The rooms are clean and modern, free wifi worked in the room.
The Reception staff were really helpful with directions and recommending the best mode of transport and local places to eat.
Overall, we were really pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

It is possible to walk into the centre of Milan and the park is lovely- the taxi's are not too expensive at the hotel and come swiftly. There is a supermarket just past the cafe on the right- where you can stock up on water and treats. Sophia's gave excellent service free sparking wine and the 7 course meal was excellent. Giovanni arranged a taxi from Linate airport for about 40 E and we found it excellent - and used it back to the airport for 35E (mercedes and air con- very comfortable). If you go to a concert do book a taxi back before you go or get your tram/bus tickets as the phone and internet systems crash as all come out of the stadium- though walking home was ok just too hot. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast but as with Sophias you have to book. Very very good value hotel with great staff

Room Tip: Rooms were clean and comfortable and excellent air con.

No problems here at all. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, well serviced room. The best breakfast selection we've ever come across - think of it and they've got it (even Red Bull, if that's what you need first thing!)

It's worth noting however that the hotel is not in the centre of Milan, but there is a tram stop right outside (running every 8-10mins) and takes no more 10mins to get pretty close to the Duomo (Tram No1 (not 19)). You can get tram tickets (1Euro for 75mins public transport) from the Blonde Cafe on the other side of the street from the hotel - ask at reception. Alternatively, and worth doing once, it is a lovely walk down Corso Sempione to Castello Sforzesco and on to the Duomo.

We would recommend you travel in on the Malpensa Express train from Terminal 1 to Cadorna station rather than take the bus, which we did, from Terminal 2. Tram No1 stops right outside Cadorna station (tickets can be bought in the metro station outside, down some stairs) and you'll get to the hotel much quicker, and cheaper than taking the bus to the central station and then taking a cab back across the city. If you take this option then get off the tram at the fifth stop down Corso Sempione, outside Deutsche Bank. Follow the direction of the tram up Corso Sempione - basically crossing the crossroads in the direction you are travelling - and Enterprise is no more than 50yrds ahead on the left hand side.
