I stayed at this hotel during a road trip through Italy and I was very pleased to see that the hotel fully corresponded to what I had seen on the photos they have on their web page.
In terms of location, the hotel isn´t right in the centre of Milan, but you can get a tram just outside the hotel (they told us at the hotel that the tram takes about 10' to get to the centre). If you prefer to walk it takes about 20' to the centre.
The service is very good and the staff on the reception was very friendly and helpful, giving us a lot of information on places to visit, restaurants, and how to get there.
The hotel was immaculate, quiet and very comfortable.
Breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks! Everything was fresh and there were lots of choices. I especially enjoyed the variety of fruits that was available.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel had great service, was very clean with very nice bathrooms and was an easy tram ride to the center. The spa was nice but I would do this if it was included in the room rate. We did not have time for breakfast before our flight.

We booked The Enterprise Hotel via Secret Escapes and we are so happy that we chose to do so.

The hotel was immaculate, quiet and not too far from the city centre. We received a free room upgrade for our special occasion and the staff were very friendly and polite - we were made to feel special as they always remembered our room number.

The spa was very peaceful and a welcome getaway from the busy city centre. The umbrellas that were made available to everyone going out into the pouring rain was also a nice touch.

Highly recommended.

Everything was great except dont believe everyday free 15 euros. They dont let you use it. On other ways it is a wonderful hotel. We like it very much. It was clean and nice. Everybidy smiling. The room was clean. Breakfast perfect. Wi-fi available everywhere. However checkout System and finance had a problem. For everynight you stay they güve you a 15 Euro credit. But they only let you use it only for half even for breakfast:(((

Stayed here in August 2014.Family with teenage daughter. Booked through TUI Netherlands.
I recommend this hotel for families, rooms are perfect, very clean and quiet.

Location just 10 minutes from Duomo by tram/ metro. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
Several supermarkets at walking distance.
Breakfast in hotel is buffet, but what a variety in food / drinks !! Just perfect.
staff of reception and restaurant friendly and helpful, speak different languages.
If you have any doubts, just book your stay, you will not regret !

We booked this hotel after seeing some good reviews posted here and because they offered a 3 people room - unlike some of those closer to the centre.

Yes the hotel isn’t right in the middle of Milan’s city centre but this wasn't a problem for us.
The trams directly outside the hotel run frequently and reach the city centre and Cardona train station in less than 15 mins, and another takes you directly to Navigli – the canal district recommended to us by one of the hotel staff. This was great to visit for the Milanese Apertivo/ Happy hour (a cocktail of your choice with unlimited buffet for around 10 euro). But if you don’t want to travel too far to experience this, a few tram stops down the road from the hotel takes you near the ‘Arch of Peace’ monument where there’s plenty of bars and restaurants filled with locals from early evening, offering the same Happy Hour menu – a good escape from the tourists and over-priced cafes around the Duomo.
There’s also a bus stop nearby (for bus no. 43) which can take you near Corso Como.

We had high expectations for the breakfast at Sophia’s (the hotel’s restaurant) after reading many positive reviews of the offering on Trip Advisor.
The omlette bar was a highlight but apart from that everything else was pretty standard (cereal, fruit, bread, sausages/bacon)
The bread and pancakes were slightly on the stale side – a few reviews back did already point this out so we were prepared.

We cannot comment on their dinner menu however as we didn’t have a chance to taste. After enjoying Happy Hour so much in Milan we wanted to try the hotel’s version but were told they don’t offer this during the month of August, despite it being advertised on their information sheet in our hotel room.

The hotel room itself was a decent size for 3 of us staying – good air con and rooms were cleaned well each day. The TV had plenty of channels in different languages.
There’s also a small gym with a treadmill, 2 bikes, cross trainer and shower room in the basement which has a TV, clean towels and free fruit if you wish.
The Wi-Fi was quick and easy to set-up too - quite speedy and we didn’t have any problems connecting through our smartphones, iPads and Macbook.

The staff were always very helpful and approachable, and pointed us in the right direction with maps and correct bus numbers. They explained clearly where we could purchase our transport tickets and how they worked which made it so much easier for us. They all had excellent English.
We needed to print out our Last Supper ticket information and this was done quickly without hesitation at reception. They also helped us book our taxi to the Airport, which was on time.

Not sure the next time we will all be visiting Milan again but if a friend ever needed a hotel recommendation in the area we would suggest Enterprise! (just don't visit in August as some restaurants and shops do go on holiday!)

We had an excellent stay at Enterprise! Service with a smile, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Food & room service excellent and the spa was a great place to relax! We didn't get to use the fitness room, but did have a look, although small, the equipment looked great. Although it's not right in the centre, it's only a 15-20 minute walk to the bars, park and about 30 min to the duomo and shops!
Thank you very much Enterprise!
