Great location within walking distance to train stn. Very helpful staff, always friendly & happy to help. Rooms were not as small as most European rooms & always clean. Good variety of breakfast & staff friendly.

Arriving as foreigner to hotel, it's a great experience to be welcommed by fully English speaken receptionists. Polite, friendly and smiling. Room was well-functioning and though viewing the backyard of the hotel, it was light and well-condiitioned. Though placed a mile or two from "downtown" center of Milan, the tram, metro and busses within some fes meters made trips to and from both quick and flexible. Would we use Andreola Hotel Again: No doubt.

Room Tip: Buy a one or two-day "Milan transportation Card) 4.50/8.00 Euro - and use the smooth and noumer...

The hotel is 200 metres from the Central train station. This is perfect for couple night stay, rooms are clean, beds are comfy and breakfast ok. The hotel itself is not that interesting a bit lame. Staff were helpful.

Hotel is just over 300 metres from Centrale Statione in one direction and 50 metres from a tram stop which takes you directly to the Duomo. Excellent, well furnished hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were good and plentiful and with the usual Italian cake. In all, if visiting Milan, this is an ideal hotel, well situated.

This was a true gem of a hotel near the station in a quiet street, such elegant furnishings in the foyer and bedroom. Fantastic walk in shower, mosaic style flooring in the bathroom and really elegant furnishings in the bedroom. Breakfast plentiful, great choice of delicious cakes, also cereals, ham and cheese. We were here for just one night and it was ideal for the station, and is just four stops on the Metro to the cathedral, Teatro La Scala and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele. Very reasonable price for superior bedroom. The air conditioning in the room was not very effective but it was exceptionally hot weather with 36c outside.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our month long holiday in Italy. The hotel was by far the best we stayed in and was closer to its star rating than any of the others. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and luxurious. We found the staff very helpful. We had dinner in both nights, the food was lovely and the waiter was great. Breakfast was good.......by then we were used to everything being cold, they don't do hot buffet like we're used to at home.
It is in a great location, handy to the train station, making it easy to get around.

Very centrally located, right opposite the train station but still far away to not get disturbed by the activity around it. Ideal location to get to and from either airports and around the city - The 5 Euro bus from Bergamo stops 2 minute walk away. Rooms are soundproofed but a little on the small side. Etro branded toiletries and free WiFi. Think of it as a 3* even though it it listed as a 4*.

The Negative: Plastic glasses in the mini-bar. Only semi-warm option at Breakfast is boiled eggs but these are usually cold by the time you get there and not sure what is in their juices but its not fruit. They drop their rates very quickly a couple days before for un-sold rooms, so do not pre-pay as you will be left out of pocket.

Room Tip: The road facing ones have a view
