Pros: Great location, clean, quiet, friendly staff. Walking distance to Milan Central Station. Clean room and quiet. In-room safe. The hotel staff told me there is a small supermarket closeby. There is also a larger supermarket at Milan Central Station. I found several local restaurants/cafes nearby. The staff also let me use in-room WiFi for free even though I got information somewhere indicating the hotel will charge 5 euro for WiFi usage.

Location: Great location within walking distance to metro.

Cons: Not much except that the all the facilities are a little dated, and the AC and the fridge are not very powerful. The package I purchased did not include breakfast, but I bought cappuccino (1.2 euro) at a cafe closeby and it was nice. There are also small cafes selling pizza at reasonable prices.

Booked by Hotels.com as a 17 m2 room with balcony. Was 10 m2 with a small window and dirty brown wallpapers. The AC was like a heating old element on the floor and did not work. The painting of the ceiling in showerroom was coming loose. The safe was looked and the minibar was empty. The shower curtain was not ok. This was room 115.
The man in reception did not told us when and where the breakfast was served. We did not feel welcome.

However the beds and breakfast was ok. And it was a walking distance to the main central station and airport buses. Thats why we choosed this hotel.

We only stayed one night. My advise: choose another hotel!!

Cheap, clean and comfortable room - for a night or two on a budget this place is fine! The wi-fi wasn't working when we were there so that might be a problem for some, and the walls are thin so it's not very quiet! Breakfast was basic but OK. Staff were friendly. Best point for us was that it's close to the station and they will look after your luggage for you after checkout so it allowed us to have an extra afternoon exploring before our evening flight.

It is near the train station and was very convenient. We arrived early in the morning and they had a room for us to check in already. We had a quadruple room, a bit small but comfortable. Everything was good and price was reasonable.

Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances the apartment we had reserved for a week on Via Copernico was not accessible until the next day, however the Club Hotel was only steps away. Seeing how our options were limited at the time, we took a chance on Club Hotel as it was so close to our apartment...literally steps! It was late at night, lightening, thunder and pouring down rain (in July!) we had flown all day with many delays and we really just wanted to "land" someplace right then. We were greeted by a warm and friendly desk clerk who found us one room for one night with twin beds, which was exactly what we needed. Thank you Lord! Our room was clean, well appointed and looked out over the roof tops of wonderful Milan. There was a nice breakfast included, WiFi in the lobby, and it was very convenient to many places. It isn't so bad to be a 2 star or 3 star hotel in Italy, and if you are looking for a quiet, clean, convenient hotel within walking distance of Corso Buenos Aires, the Duomo, Centrale, and many, many other amazing places this little hotel works just fine. We always say we don't travel to spend time in the hotel room...as long as it's clean and safe. This met our needs and we were very grateful as our options were limited at the time. The Copernican House Apartment (see my review) was ready the next day and we packed up and easily moved steps away. I know there are those who can find fault with anything if they want to, but I like to look for the positive in people and places and had no complaints with Club Hotel. So even though our week-long trip to Milan (for a wedding) got off to a rocky start, the Club Hotel was there when and where we needed it and for that I feel very blessed!
