Stayed three nights during one of Milan's busy period. The hotel was full. The first night we were given a room that is small, more like a store room and very uncomfortable. The shower has no door and water spills all over when you shower. After complaining, they gave us a much better room for the next two days. The breakfast spread was good, three types of cereal, croissant, bread, jam, milk coffee, tea, yogurt, sausages, baked beans and scrambled eggs. It is near a metro station and there are cafes nearby. Overall the staff are quite nice and friendly. Free WIFI signal is good too.
