The location is very good - easy metro access to the center of Milan - [15-20 minutes only] - but you need to make a change after one stop. Once you know how, it's easy. But it's a university area so sadly lots of graffiti and crowded trains.
Walking distance to Carrefour and plenty of restaurants, bars and ice-cream shops!
Most people in this area speak English, so it's easy to find what you want.
The room was spacious, clean and modern, but we had to request a fridge - which was tiny but adequate. The bathroom was small but well planned and the shower only leaked a little in the corners.
The staff on reception and the cleaning staff were outstanding. Bilingual and helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble - friendly and smiling no matter the problem or request.
We didn't take advantage of breakfast, so can't comment.
I never understood why it was called a 'resort' unless that was a reference to the health spa which wasn't part of the hotel....
