As soon as i arrived at the hotel i were greeted to an extremely arrogant man.

I were shown my room which still had the cleaner in and was not ready. I were given a key to another room which were the tiniest room ever with 2 single beds. I then went back to the reception as i had paid extra for a double bigger room.

I eventually had to wait another 15 minutes to get another room....i now understand why the cleaner had sprayed so much air freshner, within 30 minutes i stank of stale smoke.

Hottest room ever with no working air condition or no English sky channels.

I never write reviews and i were travelling on my own visiting venice, como and milan and although it were the cheapest hotel it is an absolte shocking experience.

I had to sleep with a pillow wedged under my window to get some air flowing it were that bad.

As far the toilet flusher..DO NOT get me started with that. Should you decide to waste your money and book this hotel you deserve everything you get.

The best thing about this hotel is that it took me 2 minutes to sprint out of it for a coach back to Bergamo airport.

The toilets have the loudest flush - can hear them up and down the corridor. Rooms are clean but smell faintly of cigarettes....and avoid a single room if you can as they are tiny.

But very convenient location just across from the Central station and ok buffet breakfast.

The location is pretty good but the staff is terrible and are not friendly at all. The room was fine, clean but smelled like cigarettes all the time. The wi fi connection is not good at all in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby to use it properly.

Booked via Expedia for the Italian Grand Prix.
Didn't look at the location in too much detail but when we got there found it was 200 yds from the Central station. Ideal for the bus from the airport and then convenient for the trip to Monza.
Rooms were small but adequate buffet breakfast was OK.
Staff were very helpful we would stay again if we visited the GP again

Room Tip: Get a bigger room if possible, I seem to recall the website said bath or jacuzzi in each room.....th...

I like this hotel very much if the room rate is set under Euro 150. Very conveniently located, just a couple of minutes walk from Central station of Milan. It is better to avoid tiny single room otherwise room is reasonably specious and well equipped and clean. Staff are not extremely helpful, say reasonably helpful, kind of typcal Italian style. Breakfast is good and internet worked well though password to be obtained at the reception at free.

Room Tip: Try to avoid single room.

I was expecting a train-station type pensione, i.e, very basic. Instead, while it may not be the four-star hotel that it claims to be, it was, nevertheless, very good. The Gran Prix of Monza was being held that weekend, making it very difficult to find a room anywhere in Milano. We were happy to have found this hotel, albeit at a price that was rather high. Its location is superb if you plan to take a train from Milano, as we did. The hotel is located just to the right of the station, making access incredibly easy. Breakfast, which was included, was also very good.

This hotel is just two minutes south of the main train station, easily identified by large illuminated sign. Hotel is old but pretty good. Rooms adequate, bed a bit crappy , safe didn't work. Plumbing was ridiculously noisy. Good staff very helpful.bathroom small but adequate. Breakfast included and was reasonable. Lots of good resteraunts close by. Would recommend.

Room Tip: Check room for plumbing noise.
