We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location near the duomo and 2 metro stations. It was in a quieter part of the area near the duomo and there were many food places within walking distance. The concierge was very helpful in suggesting eating places and also very friendly. It was a great bonus that there was a free mini bar and breakfast. Also for a european hotel, their ammenities were very complete. Rooms were clean and new.

We only had a night in this hotel but it was great. We took the Metro from the central train station and upon coming above ground we see the Duomo. There are so many sights and shops within walking distance you need not travel further.

We went to Milan for New Years Eve this year just to see fireworks in the Duomo square as everything we read from Milan tourism talked about fireworks near the Duomo. However, sadly, there were no organised fireworks, just people setting off their own fireworks which was a bit unsettling while walking around the streets. The disappointment was offset a bit though because we stayed at this lovely little hotel in a great position near the Duomo. The staff are very friendly and, just through emails, they suggested and pre-booked us into the restaurant Nabucco for New Years Eve dinner which was also a really enjoyable experience. The rooms are reasonably small but nicely decorated with very modern bathrooms. The lobby is spacious and also beautifully decorated. The included breakfast was delicious and all the non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar were free which we thought was very generous. If it wasn't for this lovely hotel and restaurant experience, we would have been very angry that we went to Milan specially for fireworks that were advertised, but didn't eventuate.

Stayed here for a week for a conference & business meetings. Perfect hotel for business traveler with accompanying spouse. For those on business, steps away from the Duomo Metro station, with easy access to anywhere in Milan. For the widow, central to shopping, cafes, museums, tourist attractions. Bright, comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff, dependable advice. Public areas were comfortable. Well appointed rooms. Easy to stay. No downsides to report.

Room Tip: Cobblestone street with moderate traffic. I would avoid lower floors streetside.

I booked this hotel because other TAers had mentioned it was near the Ambrosiana. On my previous trip to Milan, I was at another hotel which I liked, but wound up walking in circles trying to find the Ambrosiana. What a relief this time to find the museum just around the corner!
I was totally pleased with everything about the hotel. Friendly and helpful employees, and very nice breakfast. My room was the nicest single on my trip. An A+ in every category.
