I've been there just one night for business meetings in Milan. The position is really excellent, within walking distance from undiscovered spots in Navigli area, trendy location for every hotel. However the name let you suggest a stunning location with boutique and art details that are not many es expected. Good wide rooms with medium amenities (they do not provide slippers unless it is a 4 star, soap and bath set is reduced in quantity and poor quality). Beds are comfortable and furinitures offer a good space for clothes and shelfs are ok. The breakfast is OK with a good choice and very good quality. Price was adequate to the peak season (fair period) but quite accetable. The staff at the concierge is professional even if not particularly smiling. Nothing bad indeed, but nothing special either. But to be honest I cannot say I had a bad experience.

The hotel is very well located in a very good bar/restaurant district. It's super close to a metro station from where you get anywhere you want very quickly. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are nice. The price is a little bit high (135€/night), but well, it's a four-stars hotel. I would come here anytime!

We arrived early afternoon and as we drove into the area I had a growing sense of dread. Rather than the picturesque canal district i imagined all I saw was graffiti and shutters. I thought we'd made a terrible mistake. We had things to do so decided that we would search for alternative location that evening.
By the time we headed back to the hotel it was dark, what a transformation. Vibrant, energetic and just buzzing!
We visited 5 different cities while in Italy this summer, we had the best night out here. Great area and comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Watch out for the Milan mozzies.....they are vicious!

(We ate in the steak restaurant opposite the hotel one night, really bad quality meat)

we wanted the last night of our trip to be in a suite in milano.
we ordered 2 nights in art hotel.

the room was very big - very very big with big Balcony.
in the Reception they are very nice ( dont forget to take back your passport from them beacuse they do not remember to give him to you )

the hotel is painted in green ,a little bit strange but its o.k.

threr is no art in the hotel :) , its name is "art hotel" but the pieces in the hotel are not very nice so if you are looking for art place - go to another hotel.

the location is Reasonable , not very close to the center , but by walk of 15 minutes you can get to a bus taht will take you to the center.

the food is good, not lots of choice but its o.k.

near the hotel there are lots of small stores . its nice to walk by the bank and see the stores, little bit defferent from the central of milano.

We stayed at this hotel as a one night stop over before heading up to Lake Como for a friend's wedding. On first impression, the hotel looked a little bit tired, but once instead we found it to be modern, clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and spoke extremely good English. Our room was a bit bland but clean and with plenty of space, but hey we were not there to stay in our room. The hotel is situated in a district about a 25 minute walk from the Duomo area of Milan, which was not an issue as we got the tram into the centre then walked back via a bar or two. When we returned, wow the Navigli district had come to life - a place completely transformed. We had some food and visited a couple of bars along the canal area and watched the world go by. A great spot to stay if the want somewhere with a bit of a buzz and nightlife, but not necessarily closest to the touristy area. Was a bit disappointed to have not stayed a bit longer to make best use of the hotel and its facilities.

Friendly staff, and a hotel meant for tourists, business visitors and families in the area.

The welcome drink is lovely, with clean and comfy rooms.

Staff and friendly and the breakfast buffet is adequate.

If its a first visit to Naviglio area, there are other places locally, which are equipped with a gym, sauna, spa and other niece extras.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the top floor, for a dizzy view over Milano. And visit the local grocery shop opp...
