My friend and I stayed here for a girlie shopping/sightseeing weekend. The hotel itself was very interesting and although there were artworks, the decor nodded to the modern. The room was comfortable (although the pillows were rock hard) and there was a kettle etc. which you dont always get in European hotels. The staff were amazing - very helpful, courteous and happy!
The barman was great and there was a little buffet to have with your drinks. Outside seatng area was nice too. The area of the Navigli itself was quite lively, and a different 'vibe' every night. Music and Red Bull antics on the canal. There were many restaurants of all price ranges and it was great just to watch all the people strolling by. A ten minute walk to the metro and within 10 - 15 minutes you were in the centre of things. Word of advice - we waited until the last day to go on the City sightseeing bus. If you get a ticket early, you will see more and one of the bus routes drops off at the other end of the navigli. Breakfast was great.
