My husband and I stayed for 3 nights for our silver wedding. When we arrived we were told we had been upgraded to a deluxe room with a view of the garden,as we had mentioned when booking about our silver wedding. It was a lovely room the air conditioning was very welcome. The hotel sent up a bottle of wine and a note to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. It was so easy to get round on the metro from the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return. The breakfast was fantastic so much choice! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Yes, it's not located at the city centre, however, there is an elavator at Lodi TIBB Station (metro), so we didn't have any problem with our heavy loads of luggage. The hotel is only one block away across the road from the elavator of the metro.
The room we booked was a standard one, small but there was sufficient room for the two of us moving about to fetch the things we needed and get changed, etc. Newly decorated, the room was stylish and luxurious, with classical curtains and a comfortable armchair and a coffee table.
The bathroom was considerably big. However, the tube was only protected halfway -- I prefer a shower curtain that would prevent water from being splashed during the shower.
For cleanliness, I'd give it a top 4 or low 5.
View from the room -- sorry, in the city of Milan, I don't think the €110 we paid could offer a nice view. We were very satisfied with the rest of what we got apart from that.
Nice garden, where most people prefer for breakfast. The first morning we had breakfast inside because it was too hot and the sunlight too strong, but thanks to the rain on the second day -- we sat at the garden, well sheltered and could smell the freshness of the rain and the plants in the cool breeze. Despite the fact that they did not provide the wheat bread I like and the toaster was slow, breakfast was a sheer enjoyment and relaxation at this hotel.
Excellent service, particularly from the concierge Antionelle. She was polite and extremely patient with our many questions ranging from tips for where to eat and the best way to get a glimpse of the MUST-GO places. Her advice was practical and she helped us save time and money.
True -- free wi-fi in the lobby, renewable every half hour, unlimited.

Room Tip: Rooms with a garden view are expensive, and you don't need one unless you don't eat breakfast at the hotel, or you plan to stay the whole time inside the room. Take a train from Malpensa Airport and change to the metro. That is the quickest way to reach the hotel. The train runs every half hour at the :28 or :58, for example, 15:28 or 15:58.

Luxury hotel at affordable price - nice rooms, don't go to the haute/experimental cousine restaurant in it, it's definitely overpriced.
Staff is good and international.
Location is awful - too close to the railroad and station.

Dear Michele S,
We would like to thank you for your feed back, we are glad you have enjoyed the rooms and our multilingual staff’s service. As far as it concerns the location we would like to underline the fact that the railroad is not normally effecting our guest’s tranquillity. Please note that we propose two type of cuisine and price; the innovative one served in our Al v Piano restaurant and the light menu available at our Vis à Vis Bar is at our guest’s disposal from 9 am until 1am.
We hope to welcoming you back soon.
Kindest Regards

We stayed at this hotel 29th July to 1st August as a base for seeing Robbie Williams at the San Siro. Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman on reception was efficient and personable.

The decor inside of the hotel is very classical and beautiful. Very clean and stylish (Typical Italian style).

Inside our room (219) is was spacious and immaculate. Beds were extremely comfortable and bedding of good quality. The only thing I could possibly say bad about the room was that it was situated over a busy road and it could get a little noisy at times with traffic going past. That definitely didn't spoil our experience of the hotel though. A very nice touch having the complimentary robes and slippers that can be used for the spa.

Breakfast time was a great highlight. Plenty of food and of great quality. A special mention for the salmon, also my partner loved the Pancakes with maple syrup! We liked to take our breakfast out in the gardens as at the time of our visit it was glorious weather. Breakfast staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Milan but stay just outside for that little bit more tranquility. Centre of Milan (Duomo) is only 4/5 stops on the metro as well and the metro is speedy and easy.

I would love to stay again.

Room Tip: Maybe a room facing the gardens would be a little quieter.

Stayed here for one night 1 August on the way to Verona and Opera.
This is a great hotel away from the inner city stress, The garden is fantastic with access to the inside pool area ( you have to ware a swimcap....) Minus that you had to pay 15 euros for a couple just to use the pool....
Great breakfast and the deluxe rooms were very good with comfortable beds.
The metro is a block away and 4 stops from Il Doumo.
Many restaurants around the corner
Good value for yr money.
