The hotel has a strategic placement: near the Lima metro station, around the corner of Corso Buens Aires, a heaven for shopping lovers, 10 minutes walk to Stazione Centrale and half an hour to the city center ( Duomo and Emanuele II Galleries). The room is ok, small, but with a confortable bed and TV. I think the bathroom is the main problem especially the lack of ventilation and also the walls, that are very thin, so we were able to here the noises from the hall and from outside. The breakfast was good, a little bit to sweet for our taste, but I know that Italians only have for breakfast cappuccino with a croissant. In the small dining place, you will find all kind of sweets but also some cheese, boiled eggs, toasted bread, butter and yogurt. The staff was polite and at the reception they speak english. I recommend this hotel to young travelers with mediu-low buget.

This hotel is in central Milan. Stones throw to the Metro Line and fantastic shops. Its walking distance to the Main Railway, The Dome and 'The Last Supper'. Reception was multilingual and Lucas was always there to help and give you directions, advice and maps. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and you can eat whatever you want. Waitresses very polite and helpful. My single room was generally quiet and warm the bed was a bit hard and had to ask for another pillow but none of this was a problem. I used my Tongs and Hairdryer with no problem. Wifi had a good connection. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the top facing the back of hotel

The location is great if you want to walk to the shopping in Milan. The hotel downstairs is very cute too. Front desk staff was helpful and spoke English enough to communicate easily. Breakfast was good. The rooms were okay. The beds were so uncomfortable and the pillow was equivalent to a piece of paper. They were so flat and you only got two. You also have absolutely no shower curtain or piece of glass in the shower so you will get everything soaking wet while showering. It isn't the worst place to stay but don't expect a 5 star hotel. Parking is easily found on surrounding streets for free so check that out.

I arrived at around 7pm and upon check in I found out that the elevator was under repair, forcing the guests to wake up and down the stairs.
I also discovered that internet was not in service.
The.rooms are dark, you can hear all kinds of noise from the hall and from the streets.

Next day morning before checking out before 9am to go to work, I found out that was NO WATER in the shower.
After calling the reception, two people from the staff team came to my room to inspect and detected that was a problem.

The water from the sink also had a VERY STRONG SMELL and I couldn't even brush my teeth. One of the staff team from the hotel confirmed that was a repair done in the heat water tank and that's the reason of the strong smell.

I contacted again the reception and request if any other room was available so I could take a shower before going to work and the response was NO.

Upon my check out I requested for a reduction discount since I had all these trouble in less than 12hs in one day and the response was again NO. The gentleman in the reception was speaking with the director of the hotel over the phone explaining the problem. I was waiting for a solution and nothing was said.
He handle me a business card with the corporate email, without giving any names to talk to, and requested me to contact directly.
The hotel replay was just sorry but they wouldnt do anything.

We just stayed there for 2 nights. Excellent location, underground and the central station is very close. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't understand: why should I pay deposit for a prepaid room wich has not got minibar. :-)

Room Tip: Be prepared for paying deposit.

Furniture and hotel in general a bit dated, but rooms are clean. High ceiling, rooms are not smoking ( altought some people are smoking - you can smell it strongly in the corridor).
Location is ideal : metro station, bus and tram stop outside the hotel. Big shopping street next to hotel.
Personnel/staff working at hotel very nice, smiling and helpful.

The hotel is bad and the service is rude.
If the scope is to have a nice a confortable hotel, just go otherwhere. The hotel is old, and the rooms are so bad.
I had a room on the roof with one ... micro window, on a balcony with a 2m height wall, so there was no light at all. The room was so small, and not even clean, with no light at all ... OMG, even sleeping there was a kind of test

The only positive point is the location, but just nearby you have much better options. You have some 2 star hotel which are really better

It is no point staying there
