I used points for this stay as it is a high-priced hotel. It has s great location in Milan, just steps from the Galleria and Duomo. Room was very nice, only room with a real king sized bed (not twins pulled together) during our 17 days in Europe. Nice spacious bathroom with luxuries. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are luxurious. Although we were not upgraded, since the hotel was apparently full, the standard rooms are excellent. The other reviews say it all. Plenty of closet storage in bathroom, wonderful bathrooms, very clean rooms, and decorated beautifully. The concierge and staff are very helpful and also very busy. I hate to be negative, but the only thing I didn't like was breakfast. On our 4th and last day (Monday) we had dinner reservations at the hotel's dining room, which got excellent reviews. Since it was convenient, we had breakfast in the hotel that morning. I ordered pancakes and they were the worst ever - small and tasted reheated. I ate them, but they were not very good. Our waiter barely looked at us except to tell me they were out of the juice I asked for. I don't think he ever came back to the table. I asked another server (a very nice young woman) if the same chef oversaw all of the meals and was told that he did. After hearing that, we canceled our dinner reservations for the evening. The bad breakfast was not enough to turn me against this hotel. If returning to Milan, I don't think I would stay anywhere else. The location is the best - less than two blocks to the Galleries, Duomo, and La Scala. It really was wonderful.

I stayed just two nights in Milan and location was a top priority. This hotel is superbly located right by the Galleria and Duomo. The room was very good, with a large bathroom, service very good apart from a few minor details. I would definitely recommend it if you don't mind paying the high price. No need to eat at the hotel as the Galleria has some good restaurants. If you wish to be very central and close to the shops, this is the one!

WE stayed for only one night and wished we stayed for longer.
The service, the detail for excellence are very comendable.
Got upgraded to a very nice room looking at the Galleria, Room very modern and " chic "
with out being pretensious.
The staff , from the front desk, the Concierge, the greetings so friendly and helpful, with great recomendations for restaurants and any need that may arise.
The Spa was also quite a treat, very accomodating for a last minute treatment.
Overall a great great experience, and next time we are in Milan definetly we are coming back.

Best location in Milan - right next to Duomo.
Rooms - I had a Junior Suite which was very large with a huge walk in wardrobe and very big double bathroom. very modern. But didn't have a view which was a little dissapointing for the money.
Great breakfast.
Very friendly service!
$50 Euro parking a night, avoid if you can.
Bar - very nice facing Gallery Vittorio Emmanuele, very pleasant.
Overall - stunning hotel. Next time we'll try the Four Seasons and will choose the best out of the 2.

Dear Sir,
thank you very much for taking the time to let us know your comments that are really the best compliments for us. We thank you also for the suggestion regarding garage. Unfortunatelly we don't own it and we charge the clients the amount we have to pay to the garage.
Looking forward to welcoming you again, warmest regards

The staff are very nice and polite. The concierge service could be better. One employee gave us the hours and directions to Leonardo's Last Supper but forgot to tell us that you need to reserve two weeks in advance.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the Teatro alla Scala. The decor is sophisticated (minimalist) but a bit dark and drab. The lighting is inadequate.
