I have visited the hotel three times. It is very stylish and it smells very nice. My wife and I liked the architecture. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious for Milan standards.
The only thing which you won't like about the hotel is the price. If you decide to go there, do it in the summer time. The garden at night is fabulous.

I booked a weekend over night stay. Room was lovely, comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. The name of the hotel is self explanatory. Locatin excellent. Staff is the key to such a relaxed and welcoming experience.

We didn't stay here but decided to wander over to the Bulgari Hotel the night we arrived in Milan to have a drink and something to eat in the bar/garden area. It was a Wednesday evening and the weather was beautiful. We arrived around 8pm and asked if we could get a table in the garden for dinner, but all tables were already reserved. The bar was also extremely busy but a table was found for us after 5 mins or so. We could have got a table at the restaurant which is situated behind the bar but we wanted to be at the front so we could look out on to the garden. Cocktails are around 20 euros each but as we were planning on only having a couple each it didn't seem too bad. The nibbles they bring with drinks were lovely - mozzarella balls, bread, vegetable sticks & dips, olives; canapes then followed. We really enjoyed our drinks and snacks at the Bulgari and recommend you drop by either before dinner or for dinner (you can sit in the bar/garden area and order off restaurant menu too). My only complaint is that service was achingly slow. Our table was in a corner and we must have tried for over half an hour to get the attention of a waiter to order more drinks and some food. But I suspect that if we had been sitting in a more prominent position we could have got someones attention earlier.

Bulgari succeeds to create stylish obsessions even in hotel industry. Minimal decoration, great attention in details and diversity , a big , very big garden framed from a bar restaurant which is day and night the hot spot of Milan. People visit the place to eat , talk, drink , spend time as businessmen, visitors, or habitants , it looks like a fashion show or a party. It looks like an expensive jewelry of Bulgary collection.

I have stayed at the Bulgari for work before. So i knew it was a good hotel. Everything you have read in other reviews are right - food is good, garden is amazing, rooms are very comfortable. But this time I spent three days there at the end of an Italian vacation - so I got to experience the hotels full product offering. And all I can say was what a great experience! I was there with my wife and daughter and nothing was too hard. Example - they cooked meals not on the menu for our daughter every evening, they went to a restaurant we wanted to eat at to get a menu for us (as it wasnt avaliable online). Its little things like that make the difference between a good hotel and an excellent one.
