Another memorable meal at La Terza Carbonaia, where I've enjoyed many good times with Milanese family and friends. This is an Italian grill, so plan to eat meat, hopefully in the Italian style...rare! If the season is right, the zucchini flowers are fabulous, and try to save room for the arrancia carmello, a unique orange dessert.
The front room is used for dinner, and the enclosed garden in the back is the best place for lucnh, which is really the main meal of the weekday. Pino always gives excellent service with a big smile. It's best if you speak or read italian, although the friendly staff will make your meal special even if, like me, you "don't speak languages" as my Milan cousins say.
