“Nice!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 August 2014 via mobile

The best thing about this was the awesome receptionist Daniele, but the hotel was nice too. The walls are a little thin and I was next to the elevator and stairs which was a little noisy at times, but i slept trough it like a baby. Awesome nice and clean bathroom, breakfast is okay, not special. Fresh cappuccino was niceee! (but only one coffee/tea/capp p.p., option for more with charge if you want). Got it cheaper via booking.com

Overall a nice stay, would def recommend it! Take the no.5 tram for 3(?) stops from Central Station and you're almost there!

We stayed here one night before flying out the next morning. It was within a few blocks of the train station and there were several nice restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice size, excellent AC that did not cost extra, and nice size bedroom. great value for the price.

Stayed in this hotel recently for one night. We were visiting with our big children, and rented two rooms. The rooms were neat, aircon, mini fridge, clean linen and towels. Hotel served breakfast consisting of some bread, croissants, juice, coffee, tea, cheese and cold meats, and the breakfast served its purpose well. The reception of the hotel is very helpful and really try to give information where ever possible. There is free wifi in the hotel, but very weak when in room. When we checked out, we left our luggage at the hotel, to collect later the afternoon before our flight. The hotel is in a nice shopping area, not far from central station (taxi from hotel to central station is about Euro 5) The hotel is close to two metro stops, and makes travel in the city easy. The only complaint that I might have, is hair in our shower, not belonging to us, and this is a big no-no for me, and the dustbin in our bathroom was not emptied after the previous guests booked out. But all in all, a good hotel to stay in, will stay there again

Room Tip: We had two rooms, one with two singles beds, and one with double bed. The room with the double bed...

We stayed one night on our way to Switzerland. I guess the best thing about the Ferton is it's location, just a few blocks from the train station. Our room, although clean, had an overpowering
smell of some cheap air freshener. The smell stayed on our clothes many days after we left and we had to launder them to get rid of the odor. Sub-par breakfast, even by European standards, and rude kitchen staff made us happy that we only had a one day stay.

Milan was the last part of our Europe adventure so it didn't receive as much attention when it came to planning as the rest of our trip. I booked this hotel on a whim without really reading many reviews, I needed something that was close to the train stations, clean and safe but that was pretty much it. When we arrived we were greeted by Daniele, who works the front desk and he was absolutely wonderful! We told him we needed another room for a friend who met up with us along the trip as a surprise. Daniele told us that unfortunately the hotel was fully booked but he was able to help us find a room for my friend in a hotel nearby! He also gave us advice of where to go and how to get to places, I must say he made our day. The hotel itself (besides the outstanding service) was clean and comfortable, spacious for an European sized hotel room. It's in a safe area, that's easy to get to pretty much any part in town. I would definitely stay here again!

A very nice 3* hotel located three blocks from the main train station and 5 blocks down via San Gregorio from the shopping area (Corso buenos Aires) and some popular landmarks.
Our junior suite was very pretty, clean and spacious. The queen bed was really comfy and the bathroom and shower massive and very modern. All toiletries are provided, toothpaste and toothbrush included.
AC worked perfectly and so did the wifi.
There were also a mini fridge and a flat screen tV in the room.
The continental buffet breakfast is complimentary but you can only get one cup of tea/coffee or cappuccino included. If you ask for a second cup, you will have to pay.
The area is full of bars though and there is a small Billa supermarket across the road .
The price was good given its location

Although nothing fancy at all, the hotel was clean. Not sure about its three star status but maybe that's Italy or Europe for you. Few attractions are walk away from hotel about 15 mins walk. City sightseeing stop is also 7 mins away. Few restaurants are around the corner including grocery store.

The shower stall was told small for a skinny person like me. It's congested. Breakfast was just bland. Absolutely boring and would advise to go with something else outside. No dinner or lunch served but area has restaurants. No minibar. Wifi was terrible to get connected. Room has a small tv.
