The good point, it is well located, just 10 minutes by walk to the Duomo, Galleries, and commercial center. Great. But apart of the location the hotel does not worth the money paid. It announces with wireless wifi in the room, well, impossible to connect, too weak signal makes wifi desappear. The parking is located about 4 blocks away, it is a public parking and far away to go with the baggage. The TV on the room, was the smallest tv you can imagine, 10 or 12" supported on the top of the closet, so far from the bed that you can need binoculars. Anyway, my tv did not work, so no problem about its size. The room and the design is very old. In the morning they give you a free breakfast......once you are in the 4 table small room for having breakfast, you can understand why the say "free".......just a cup of coffee and industrial orange juice with some industrial pastry......very poor. Well, not recommended, I won´t repeat.

We are a school group who stayed at the Hotel Pavone for only one night as we had limited time in Milan. We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was sufficient, although fruit would have been nice. The location was terrific being only a ten to fifteen minute walk from the Duomo, allowing us to visit the major landmarks in a short time. We definitely would consider rebooking this hotel if we return with another group. It was very good for a 3 star hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for one night enroute to Florence. The location of the hotel is very central to city centre, easy 10 minute walk. Rooms basic but clean. Free wifi. Basic breakfast eg prepackaged corn flakes, yoghurt, some cheese & hams, minimal breads & pastries. No fresh fruit. No lift. Ok for a short stay eg overnight. Room rate expensive for calibre of room, but I guess this is Italy.

very kind staff, which was very friendly and made all the possible for our wishes. Breakfast tipicalI Italian, that means very sweet and fatty ;) but good. The rooms were as most people yet had said sapartan, but clean und comfortable...safe was to my sense a little ridicoulous: it was so little, that you could only put a few battery chargers und the portomonnaie. No space for camera or my computer....the bathroom had the minimum of size, it could be a little more bigger....but this are only little details...for a shorttrip I would recomend the hotel, but if you plan to stay longer maybe it is better to look for a bigger room if possible or choose another hotel...because in the night always came waste disposal (between 1 and 4 a.m.!!!!) which made o lot of crowdy noise, so that everyone at the hotel was awake, also if you had the windows closed and oropax....

Unfortunately the air conditioning stopped working in the evening which resulted in a lousy night. When asked about it at 4am, it amazingly started working again.. For me, this was too suspicious. The exact same happened to our friends in another room.
Beds were quite hard, but clean.
Good location if going to Linate next morning.
Staff was friendly excluding the nightwatch.

I paid €70 a night in late June for a spartan room with two small beds - so it's pretty cheap. The WiFi signal was very poor and not usable in my room. It was 35 degrees C (95F) but I had to ask them to enable in the in-room air conditioning. The TV is a joke, a 10" screen mounted in the corner of the room above the door so about 15 feet away from the bed - you are better off watching your smartphone. Location is OK and my room was quiet. Don't bother with the sushi bar next door - worst sushi I ever ate.
