My dad, sister and I, stayed at the beginning of our trip for two nights, then we go to visit other cities, we left our baggage in the hotel then we return to Milan and stayed for three nights. Hotel is near to the metro, there are shops around there, good restaurants. Service was good specially the lady that prepares the breakfast.

we have stayed at this hotel for five nights. hotels location is great, close to everywhere. its located on the buenos aires street which is very nice street with restaurants, cafes and shops. if you want do some shopping this area is great. also city center is just 10 minutes with car. the staff was not helpfull, never smiling. the coldest people i have ever seen.

This was a good base camp from which to explore Milan. The staff were friendly, efficient and bilingual which made up for my deficiency in Italian. The room was of a comfortable size with all the usual items you would expect to find in there. The best thing about the hotel is its location. With a metro station right outside the door and one of the main shopping streets in Milan close by, you are well set to explore the city. With the added bonus of having complementary use of the adjoining spa, you can fuel yourself up with the buffet breakfast, spend the day exploring/shopping before relaxing in the spa in the evening.

The only downside to the hotel is its location to the metro as the noise of the trains rumbling through their tunnels can be heard in the room. The hotel has recognised this and does supply complementary earplugs in the hotel room and thus a goodnight sleep can be achieved. We would definitely stop here again.

This hotel ruined our entire stay in Milan, since it was impossible for us to get a good night sleep due to the thinness of the walls. You can hear almost everything in the other rooms. When somebody watches TV, you hear it as if you are watching it yourself, when somebody flushes down in the toilet it creates such a sound that could easily wake you up in the middle of the night. Besides the pillows were so thin and uncomfortable.
Moreover there was not any channel that broadcasts in any language other than Italian, so TV is useless if you don't speak Italian. Furthermore for 90 euros per night they should at least provide some decent towels instead of those kitchen cloths! I usually don't mind the smallness of the rooms in the hotels but this was the smallest room (room no 404) I have ever stayed.
So even though its location is good, staff is kind and cleanliness and breakfast is ok, I would not stay in this hotel again.

The Hotel is easy to get to...you can walk from the Central train station (about 1.5 km) or you can use the Metro as the hotel is between two stops on the red line mm1. The hotel was clean and the 5 different staff members we came in contact with were all gracious and helpful. The hotel is on a busy shopping street and there was a ton of pedestrian and vehicle traffic during most of the day. There are plenty of restaurants, for all budgets, within an easy walk. My son and I were in town to watch an AC Milan match and we found the location to be perfect as it was close enough to the "sites" but also easy to return to late at night after the match. Breakfast was a simple European breakfast and served in a small reception area on the first floor. Also, my son and I bought tickets for the Hop on/hop off tour bus and we were able to see much of the city in this way. Tickets are good for 48 hours and were relatively inexpensive. There is a stop for this tour on the same street that the hotel is on.

The breakfast was a bit weak...even by European standards. The choice of pastries, meats, and juices was disappointing. You certainly can't expect a full breakfast, but there was very limited choice. Though I will concede that this could have been due to the fact that we had breakfast at a later hour (1015).

Overall, I would recommend checking out the prices for this hotel before booking in Milan...Good deals on room rates make this a very good choice.

We had passed by this Hotel several times on previous trips, but never stayed. This trip the advertised prices were so compeditive we had to give it a try and were not dissapointed. The location is convenient to Corsa Buenos Ares shopping, and is situated between Lima and Plaza Venezia underground (red line) 3 stops from the Duomo. Rooms were clean and adequate and the staff friendly. Would recommend to anyone. We will use it again

Room Tip: We could hear the elevator, but not too loud

Hotel has a good location - although not in the immediate premiss of the Duomo, it is located in the central shopping street, close to a Metro stop with great access to both the Duomo (3 stops) and the central train station. Although it was advertised that the wi-fi only works in the public area, I could also get reception in my room on the second floor.
Breakfast is OK, nothing special.
Reserved a room for a single, and got a pretty small room (which some questionable decor..). Lights sleepers should note that the walls are a bit thin, so you may hear what's going on in the corridor (thankfully, there are not a lot of room in each floor).
