Our room was pretty basic, clean, bed a bit on the small side, plenty of towels and decent shower. Hotel has a restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Check before you leave for your chosen near-by restaurant that it actually still exists. A few listed on trip advisor were closed or no longer there when we walked around to them. Staff are helpful, there are bus stops opposite the hotel to carry you into the city or to the train station easily, and a tobacco shop where you can buy your tickets for the bus too. The city centre is maybe a 10/15 minute walk, and easy to find.

I love this place. We arrived late to Linate Airport, picked up our leased car and arrived here in 10 min. with only one turn! The staff is great, they helped with parking (free under hotel), serving at the wine bar, finding public transportation or taxi to downtown, WiFi, etc. The rooms are small but are very clean, the beds comfortable. The breakfast is extensive and very good. This is a good spot to start and end your Italian travels (which did and I can't believed it worked exactly as I planned)..

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back-side overlooking the garden (it's like being in Rear Window), it'...

A very basic hotel but not in a bad way, Rooms clean and of decent size. Breakfast was offered and again was just basic but well thought out. Very helpful staff with trains, trams and anything else you required and very good English. A good 15 mins walk into center but plenty transport and metro will get you there a lot quicker, Would have no issues staying again on my next trip

The neighborhood is a once-nice area of Milano with large mansions and apartments, but now seems shabby, with every building tagged with graffiti. Definitely not a lovely locale. Restaurants and stores in the vicinity are a bit scarce, except for an exceptional seafood restaurant, Sapori del Mare, that draws the faithful from all over.

The hotel is very modern inside and exceptionally clean. The morning breakfast (included) is wonderful: eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, very good croissants and breads, yogurt, fruits, and a good coffee machine. I booked a single, which was probably the smallest and cheapest room in the hotel. It had a comfortable twin bed and very modern, moderate-size bathroom but little else, other than a TV that resisted all efforts to get any channel, a small fridge and desk. About 8'x16'.

The major problem is that walls are thin and transmit the neighbors' TV (their's worked fine all night), and the wireless Internet service is inadequate to demands upon it to the point of being mostly useless, even when trying to connect from the small lobby. I would say this is a bargain hotel for the young and carefree but not for more seasoned travelers. It is located not far from the Dateo metro/train stop, which puts it about ten to fifteen minutes and one transfer from the Duomo in center city.

Room Tip: Get something bigger than the smallest single and ask for a quiet room.

We had 2 nights in Milan before catching our plane home, so decided we could accept a location a bit removed from the center city and the train station. We were not disappointed, as this hotel was a really good value and still only a short walk + 10 minute ride to the cathedral by city bus. The rooms were not large but were of good quality, and for our party of 3 we were able to get a single room and a double room at what would be the price of one triple in other locations.

There was a nice breakfast. We had to wait for the proper person to be on desk duty to get some logistical questions answered, but overall we found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful.

I got a non-refundable "special offer" on this hotel's website which was dirt-cheap, so I was a little suspicious: basically I paid one-star prices for a three-star hotel. I worried that surely there's going to be a catch, right?
Wrong! The room was comfortable (you control the a/c yourself and there's plenty of it!), everything was spotless, and even though my room faced the main road, it was very quiet.
The buffet-breakfast was the most substantial I've ever seen in Italy: not only the usual pastry and coffee, but also eggs, bacon, ham and cheese.
The location is more convenient than you might think from looking at a map: there's a super-frequent bus to the main train-station that stops right out front, and another, equally frequent bus goes right to the center of town.
The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Honestly I couldn't ask for more, and I will definitely stay here again!

+ It's a nice hotel and staff are very friendly.
Breakfast is very good and services too.
It's very close from a bus stop.
Good price.
In my next trip to Milan, it can be a good choice.

- In my bedroom wifi didn't work very well.
