“Amazing”
Reviewed 5 May 2014

If you are going to Milan do NOT miss this little wonder. The floor to ceiling frescoes depicting Noah's Ark, Christ's crucifixtion and the last supper are a wonder.

“WOW!”
Reviewed 4 May 2014

It doesn't look much from the outside and it doesn't feature highly in some of the guide books, but this place is spectacular on the inside. The painting style might not be to everyone's taste (if you like things to be totally literal, for example), but this is number 1 for a reason. It's also free to enter and on the day we visited, we made a donation and got a bookmark in return!

There was a man to greet us and give us a bit of information when we visited and he was very enthusiastic and informative. It doesn't take long to go round this place if you only have a few minutes to visit you should still go! Well worth it!

“How is this number one?”
Reviewed 2 May 2014

Amazing paintings? If done by a 12 year old maybe.

It is a travesty this place is number one of the Cathedral of Milan!

As for the Noah's Ark painting... it has unicorn's on it. When was the last time you saw a unicorn?

“Small place but amazing paintings”
Reviewed 23 April 2014

Small church that is not attracting from outside but amazing paintings inside, currently being renovated. Originally cut in two parts, one accessible for the public, other for nuns, never saw that before.

“Amazing frescoes at every turn”
Reviewed 4 April 2014 via mobile

It is so easy to miss this wonderful hidden gem! Entrance to the church itself is free and it is such an impressive sight with frescoes completely covering the walls and the stories behind the church itself will leave you pretty breathless. For any people out there who love taking pictures bring a great camera and you will not be sorry. Also take the time to read the plaques describing what you're seeing it would definitely enrich the experience. Definitely a must see in Milan!!
