Our stay in the Radisson was as a couple on a city break. Although this was a nice hotel with easy access to the city (the tram is 150m from the hotel and tickets can be bought from reception for €1.50 per day) overall I was not very happy. When we initially arrived we could not get street parking as it is located in a residential area, I should note here that it is not the nicest area I have visited) so I ran into reception and asked about parking, they informed me it was €20 per day for guests, personally thought this was ridiculous and extortionate! We waited and eventually got street parking. The receptionist was not very friendly but when we got to our room it was nice, clean and had a big bathroom. As we're Irish we love our tea and although there were tea bags there was only one tiny uht carton of milk, not very practical, and it was not replaced the following day. The next morning, as we were on a break we were having a Luke in, this didn't stop the cleaners knocking on 3 different occasions before 11! The food was extremely expensive, if it was something unusual this would have been fine but it was just normal Italian food. Overall, I wouldn't rare this hotel very highly, for rooms and decor it was nice but the rest let it down.
