“Innovation of Sushi and Temaki”
Review of MooKuzai

MooKuzai
Ranked #68 of 8,965 Restaurants in Milan
Certificate of Excellence
Price range: US$47 - US$70
MooKuzai

They used the different way to present the Japanese Food you have never seen before, new ingredients, sauces etc. I ordered Temaki which is the wrap skin made by beans showed pink color, with black rice, very nutrient, tasty and healthy.
The chief was willing to introduce their menu and dishes by offering free-taste, he gave us 2 different new dishes by 2 soup-spoon size.
Nice service, nice innovation of Japanese food, such as nice restaurant.
If you go to Milan, you like Japanese food, You MUST come here.

I have to admit we kinda got here by accident (it was reasonably close to our hotel) but we didn't regret it. It was great to see the passion of the owner when he was explaining the menu. And the food was just amazing!

After my first visit at the end of 2015, I've been back quite regularly at Mookuzai. I completely confirm my first review.
The food is amazing, especially the tartare (my favorite is the one with Tuna and a special "moo" sauce") and temaki.
But the real "plus" of this restaurant is the continuous search for new combinations and new ingredients
Now you can find also dessert that are really very very good.
The price/quality ratio is ok
the owner of the place is amazing and explain to you what you are going to eat.

A real gem of a place! The interior is original and warm. The staff attentive and knowledgable, and the owner fantastic able to make you feel like a VIP! The menu isn't your usual run-of-the-mill effort, so you'll be sure to find something new. I had been told about this place by colleagues and friends and now understand all the noise about it - i'll be returning for sure!! Well worth a visit!
