We were staying in Cuneo overnight on our way to Nice from Milan. We arrived and were provided with a car parking space for our two motorbikes free of charge (don't know if that was because it was low season?). It is centrally located and the reception was friendly. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was large and had a good range of food to choose from.

Located ideally in the middle of Old Town Cuneo, this hotel was perfect. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, and in spite of the market being set up early the next morning, we were untroubled by the am noise and hustle. Most travelers miss Cuneo. In the southern part of the Piedmont of Italy, however, it is a beautiful town and well worth a visit. Like Bern and some other European cities that experience real winter weather the streets of the city center in Old Town are arcaded. We'd definitely return to Cuneo, and to the Royal Superga Hotel. It was quite the find!

Perfectly situated in the nice old town of Cuneo - 3* on 4* level. The hotel is clean and offers spacious rooms. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. Secure parking in the courtyard. And abouve all, the staff really cares for its guests.

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of Cuneo right off the main piazza. It is quiet, clean, and superbly appointed. Cuneo is off the beaten track for Americans, and the hotel is mainly frequented by Italians and French. We spent our days up in the Maritime Alps -- quite possibly the best kept secret in Italy for anyone who enjoys mountains and the outdoors -- but the evenings in Cuneo at the Superga, with lots of local restaurants, shops and gelaterias was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good and even included scrambled eggs, which is a nice treat. Rooms opened onto away from the street, so very quiet, yet the AC was welcome in August. Highly recommended! As for Cuneo, many Italians asked us why on Earth we went there -- but again, the Maritime Alps are simply incredible for alpine hiking and the mostly agricultural town of Cuneo is literally a 30 min drive from it all. We had originally booked 2 nights but extended to a third night so we could get in one more day of hiking. This hotel is great!

Room Tip: Ask for room facing the inner courtyard.

I can no faults at all with this hotel, it was in a great part of town, had very comfortable rooms and very modern bathrooms. The staff were helpful and all spoke English and the breakfast was very good right down to the chocolate fountain!! We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed our time there in this out of the way part of Italy. Great ice cream in the town too! Not much hotel parking but plenty of safe public parking within a couple of minutes walk. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this hotel unreservedly!

Stayed here for 6 nights. Cuneo is a peaceful and beautiful city but seems to be a bit off the beaten track, especially for Australians as we kept being asked"Why Cuneo?" when we said where we came from. Its such a great base for beautiful walking and breathtaking scenery. The hotel was in a perfect part of town, close to all the action but up a quiet side street, only disturbed by the nose of the twice weekly market setting up from 6 a.m. but what a lovely way to wake up.
The staff were wonderful, the room was very comfortable, the breakfasts to die for and all in all a great experience.

Room Tip: We had a room with a little balcony, was lovely for watching the street scape below and for drying o...
