I chose this restaurant because it is registered with the Italian Coeliac Association as providing dishes suitable for coeliacs, and because of its emphasis on fish - which my wife adores. Her oysters were too cold to have any taste, and had no "second water" to speak of. She found 12 bones in her fish fillet, and I found 4. The waiter showed no interest in our discovery.
