We stayed here three years ago. Pleased to find that standards have been maintained.
This is, on the inside, a modern hotel. Our room on the front on the first floor was well equipped and everything worked properly.
Breakfasts continue to be excellent.
Rooms on the front are not a problem as the street is fairly quiet and the rooms are well insulated from noise and light.
Staff provide good service.

Stayed several days last week, and came back for our last night in Italy. Convenient for airport bus, and obviously trains. Many restaurants in the area, and a good grocery store next door.
Fisrrt room was a modern room, red walls, nice view of the Mole through the ..small.. window. Room was reasonably sized, two of us were able to completely unpack our bags and store everything. Bathrooms were up to date, plumbing was quiet, a/c was quiet too. Nice firm mattress. First room was on 5th floor, in the back, very quiet. We had a more traditional room on the 3rd floor next stay, also spacious, high ceilings, bigger windows although front of hotel has little view and can be noisy.
Breakfast buffet is included, I didn't see anyone checking room numbers. Excellent coffee on request. Hot food - good scrambled eggs, beans, franks, undercooked bacon. Large array of cakes and pastries, fresh fruit, fruit salad, baked apples, and on and on.
Friendly staff from front desk to cleaning crew.
Only complaint is that 1 of the 2 elevators wasn't working, and the other was horribly slow.
Be aware that for any hotel the city tax is paid in cash, a few Euros per night.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights and to our expectation the hotel was clean and staff were friendly however we requested a non-smoking interconnecting room but the corridor and the room allocated for us was bad odour of smoke. As they were fully booked offered us late check out till our flight time. The hotel is a very busy place and the traffic on this area is really bad but it is 5-7minuets walk from Suriya KLCC. The breakfast spread was really good however might have to stay in the queue if you come a bit late because it gets really really busy. The toilet and shower in our rooms were renovated and looking very clean and new however the carpet was in dark color and the chair in the room definitely needs an upgrade as it is very tired and old fashioned

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, for going to a Metallica Concert. The room was very modern and beautiful. We had a corner room, with a nice view. The room was big, quiet, the bathroom was very modern. We had an upgraded room (we traveled with a baby).
The breakfast was diversified, good, tasty.
The hotel is very good located, a few steps from everything.

Hotel is right downtown. Walk to pedestrian mall, shops, restaurants right there. Hotel has been totally renovated, yet retains old world charm. Quiet, large room, bath/shower work well. Great breakfast. Staff is efficient and friendly. However, parking underground very expensive.
