This is the best hotel in Turin. We loved it, the service, the food. The beds and shower were great. The parking was easy. This is my favorite hotel in Turin. I would say the staff were above friendly. They don't have fans and our room was warm and they could not help us but everything else was great.

Stayed 9 days here, it was strategic because it's connected to a mall, supermarket, Eataly, and nearby Metro Lingotto. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Need to improve on the breakfast spread, we have the same menu for 9 days..

unique hotel - part of refurbished Fiat factory. means wonderful high ceilings and unique spaces. good location, easy to find at end of metro line, but also close to Eataly which offers its own experiences for all italian food lovers. great comfortable beds, high quality linen, sumptious breakfast, helpful staff and do go and visit the test track on top of the Fiat factory. good value for money.

All great stayed at X-mas and all was perfect. Had a dinner at the hotel, great meal, great staff. Hotel near to train station, also free parking. Hotel room very nice and clean. A place to stay in Turin for sure.

This is your typical Hilton, with the good and the not-so-good things that implies. It is in next to the old FIAT plant, and this building occupies a former theater or equivalent, what is interesting. The area is a little deserted but you have Eataly across the street and it is next to a mall. Also, subway is nearby. Also, this hotel offers free parking. The elevators are panoramic and you have both a breathtaking view of the mountains (weather allowing) and you can see the center of the hotel. The room is amazing, with high ceilings and a great view. The comforter is excessively warm and there is no midterm. Unfortunately that seems to be a (bad) global choice by Hilton, made obviously by someone who does not know all rooms have AC and heating, and a blanket should never be too hot. The bathroom is excellent, even if I was not too keen on the multiple shower jets (a nice novelty but that is about it). All pretty nice, right? So what am I complaining about? Well, not really complaining, just comparing. The staff is impersonal (I was at this hotel for 2 weeks) and a VIP with Hilton, but it felt like they were reading the script upon check in and check out. Breakfast was correct, but not as good as other options in town. Moreover, there is no espresso machine (or Americano thermos…. I know, I know… that would be a heresy in Italy) but at least you would have options when in a hurry, instead of having to wait for the breakfast staff to make eye contact, be willing to take your order and finally bring you what you ordered. Laundry is ridiculously overpriced, as in most Hiltons. Also, parking in front of the hotel is limited and they allow you to park in the back after the staff opens the gate. The challenge is to have the staff answer the phone and open the gate. Details that good management could be working and helping staff improve. Overall, it was a good stay.
