Check in was efficient but no volunteering of information re wifi or breakfast. Hotel is a renovated pasta factory and whilst kitted out in a modern tone looks great. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked. No tea or coffee facilities in room nor in the lobby.

Buffet breakfast was ok. Slow service to restock and not very pro active. Tip - they will fix you an espresso but you have to ask. No friendly welcome smile and an offer to make an espresso here.....

The food at the restaurant was ok, nothing special.

Tip -right behind the hotel is an Eataly. Go here fantastic fresh food and seven eating areas, the Carne was superb as were the pizzas. Make sure you get downstairs to see the huge wine selection and try an ice cream.

Hotel conveniently located near a shopping mall and a metro station is a three minute walk or so.

The National Automobile Museum is in the neighbourhood, a ten minute walk and a gem of a museum, highly recommended.

Overall an ok experience but with a little bit more staff presence and proactivity could be so much better.

Oh and the gym facilities were very spartan.

I stay in Turin quite frequently and this hotel was booked for me.

Seems like i May have discovered quite a gem, it's a little out of town near ligotto and down a back street but once inside a very nice alternative to the other hotels in the area.

The rooms were very large and well appointed and generally very nice. Breakfast a little under staffed but did not spoil a good experience.

Will use again, but in a area with a few good hotels just depends on your budget but do not dismiss this one in your selection.

We originally were going to stay more in town but decided to change out and glad we did. What a nice gem this hotel is. Okay its removed slightly from downtown but the metro is so easy to use. Also, enough restaurants for the two days here that worked for us. We came in to Porto Susa and used the metro--- about 5 stops but in 10 minutes. Yes 10 minutes and would of been less if the Porto Nuevo. Very easy to use.

We had an upgraded room which was well worth it for free internet and full use of the fridge. Okay, we treated ourselves.

Great staff and helpful. Thks.

You can walk around the street with two supermarkets, Pam and the Ealtly with its restaurants. We ate down the street which worked for us.

Definitely, would stay here again and would be interested to see other AC hotels in the future.

Room Tip: Very easy to get there by metro and very quick. Its a NEW hotel and modern.

We stayed in this hotel for just one night as we were visiting Torino from Milan.

The hotel is not so close by walking to city center. It's 5 metro stations away from Torino porta nuova train station but the ride is quite fast.

The hotel is built in an old pasta factory. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable except the bed which I found too thick and the sheets too hard. Nothing to compare with Mariott bed (considering AC hotels to be a budget version of mariott like fourpoints by sheraton) as a matter of fact it would be a very budget version of the marriott bed...

The staff are quite nice and welcoming.
the breakfast was ok nothing to be enthousiastic about but nothing to complain either.

Comparing to other hotels in torino I think AC is doing quite well apart from being a little bit excentric from the city center.

the location, ammenities, staff and everything was great at this hotel. around the corner from the hotel is the hop on hop off tour stop which gave us a great overview of the city. coming from Paris, we were delighted with the lack of crowds and just as pleasant of cafes, museums and etc. would recommend this hotel and this city to anyone...
the Eatary is also close by which is like a whole foods on steriods.
