“Worship at the later of the perfect pizza!”
Reviewed 2 November 2012

Another in my series of 'in search of the perfect pizza'. And this is it. This is how all pizza should be made. This is the perfect pizza, against which all others have been measured.

We first went there when we moved to Turin in 2002, and fell in love with it. We left Turin in 2005, and have only been back twice since. It's just as good, with the same happy crew (apart from the grumpy waiter whom we love) and the same, consistently high standard of pizza.

Made on the spot wafer thin bases, a huge selection of fresh toppings (Clares 'Penurge' with buratta cheese, rocket, the frshest tomatoes you have ever tasted, and pepperoni was the real winner this time), and all for 9 (yes nine) euros. Good wine selection, excellent beer selection (including a new range of artisanal brews), and an excellent non-pizza selection, all make for the perfect pizza selection

I ant wait to return soon. The perfect pizza against which all others have been measured since, and, sadly, found wanting. Eat there and be happy.

“Keep an eye on drinks”
Reviewed 28 August 2012

We went with another couple and our child for dinner. They booked for us to eat pizza. It has also a restaurant menu we didn't try. There are three spaces. Bigger, where we eat, hasn't air conditioning and it's share with pizza oven so it isn't fresh during summer. Another room has air conditioning. I don't know if third space has it because it was close.
they have three or four high chair for children and makes pizza with nice shape for them.
Pizza comes with two size, one normal, one bigger that remember me Padova pizza style but at higher price. Other than pizza there are five possible focaccia. I took this one with Genoa pesto, and share half with my friend. Pizza was good with low border and thin center, focaccia was good but it misses something I can't identify it.
Service was fast and kind but there aren't so much costumers inside.
We took only water but price was high for every bottle, like in France, 3,20€ each! Beer is expensive too, 0,75 handcrafted was 15€ like a good wine :-S
Pizzas price starts from 6€ for standard size but average price are around 8,5€ because it has inside also service and extra.
