I've stayed in Turin a couple of times before but the recently refurbished Turin Palace really is a great welcoming hotel - comfortable, modern rooms with spacious bathrooms. Great welcome at reception and excellent English. Nice comfortable bar/lounge. The spa is really nice - big Turkish bath/jacuzzi, steam, sauna. All very modern and chic.

I also asked the hotel to arrange a driver for me on arrival at the airport and to get to and from Juventus stadium and it was a great comfortable service.

Location is good too - near the start of via Roma and all the shops, and of course near the station. Despite this, the rooms are very quiet and private.

What a great place. For the price (not cheap but won't bust your budget), can there be a better hotel experience in Italy? I doubt it. Great staff--multilingual, friendly, and efficient. Very comfortable rooms. Convenient location--right by the train station, which in Turin (unlike other large cities in Europe) is not a crazy loud place to stay.

Hotels in Italy, in general, are always below their qualifications. A three-star hotel can be disappointing. However, Turin Palace Hotel is amazing. Luxurious, spacious rooms and services with superior and optimum location. It could well be a five-star perfectly.

We booked a weekend to celebrate an anniversary, we didn't knew Turin. The hotel immediately worked to find us a traditional restaurant that was open on fridays until 23h ( when we arrived) and not far from our room. It was a perfect choice. A delicious dinner in a typical and cozy restaurant.

After dinner we went to the hotel, we arrive at 1 am and we did check in with no problems. The superior room is a marvel: huge, with separate bath and shower, dressing room, a balcony overlooking the square, a huge bed, a television with Internet connection, a fast wifi ... the hotel is near a ( big, central ) train station, but any noise problems.

The breakfast is complete, pastries, fruits, juices, meats, cheeses, great cofees (a good cappuccino). And the schedule is extended to 11 am, which is nice when you want to awake a little later.

Communal facilities are superb. Waiting rooms, the halls, great Spa. It is small but has little influx and can enjoy a lot. A good bath after walking all day was great.

One of the best things is the location. To get there from the airport is very simple, just take any Sadem Bus that leaves from the terminal and get off at Porta Nova (the last stop) where you have to go down. About 40 minutes. The station is right next to the hotel. To visit the city even easier: cross the square in front of the station and take Via Roma, in 10 minutes you are in the center of the city. Piazza Castello. From there you can go to the Quadrilatero Romano, Molle Antoneliana or the Museum of Cinema, Via Po, etc. To make an excursion, such as visiting the Basilica of Superga, you just have to get the tram 15 on the corner of the hotel (200 meters). Everything, absolutely everything, is nearby.

We can only thank the hotel for making our first stay in Turin has been great and I thank all the employees treated us very kindly. Absolutely recommended.

PS : I write in English because TripAdvisor does not recognize Catalan, a language with more than 7 milion speakers.

I am very impressed with the breakfast. It has been the best breakfast in Italy I have had so far. The room is comfortable and the location is great. Moreover, the price is affordable comparing to great quality.
