Went in very optimistic, came away rather disappointed. Perhaps if we had gone for dinner and taken the roast goose we might have been more impressed as it seems to be their speciality. However, we did order the 'goose three ways' starter which was small and not particularly tasty. I took what appeared to be 'goose soup' (zuppa all'oca) which turned out to be their name for an overpriced, underseasoned vegetable soup named after the restaurant and without any goose in at all.
We had also ordered strangolopreti but the waitress cancelled our order because she decided we had had eaten enough, which was a bit bizarre. We took pears cooked in wine instead which was a mistake as they were under-ripe and really rather nasty.
After all of this, the bill was higher than we paid in several rather better osterias around Aosta even though we didn't take any secondi and just had one wine between us. Would recommend to try elsewhere, one can do much better for less.
