very nice place, warm and fully equipped.
very close to the ski center and the slopes.
nobody came to clean the place and we stayed 6 nights.
it was an apartment and no hotel room.
they have the same owner but the name of the apartments is Rosalp not far away from Residence Hotel.
the owners are very polite and helpful.
but they have to let you know that there is not even a soap in the toilet.
we had all the Kitchenware, towels and sheets but all the other daily things we had to buy them, and there was not travel packages to the super market.

The Rosalp Apartments located of the main street. Few minutes walk from the slopes and the bar and restaurant. if you prefer to stay somewhere and have the flexibility of cooking sometime during the holiday this is a great place. Is run by the same family that owns Residence Castelli.
Apartments are old fashion but comfortable and warm and also very quite.

A great bar at the end of the road (la Gran Becca) great place, very welcoming staff and very reasonably priced. this is where the italian go!

Also if you want to a good restaurant try Il solito posto restaurant a street away. great food!

This is the second time that I stay there.

Note that this review is for the Rosalp Apartments not the Castelli Aparthotel which is a seperate building although both run by the same family.

Back again 2 years later. Now there are large wine glasses and big mugs for drinks. Still exactly the same warm, plenty hot water and excellent for the slopes. We took over the whole apartment block as several families all holidayed at the same time.

That's the best you can find, if you're looking for the home atmosphere during your trip! Hotel owners are more than friendly, always ready to help you, have a talk or give an advice. Interior in the hall is very warm and typical, though the details are interesting to study them during evening hours in front of fireplace. Owners have 2 huge Newfoundlands and a parrot - all of them will make your time at home full of joy. Rooms are very nice, clean and equipped with all necessary stuff - dishwasher, fridge, cooker, etc. The only thing - mine was little dark because of poor light. Ski room is downstairs and also fine. Location is great - not in the noisy center, but still close to the lifts, shops and bars and bus stop. Tourist office is just across the street. Don't worry about the noise at night - you won't hear any. The price was also very good in comparison to others, though there is no breakfast. Unfortunately there is no sauna, though the nearest hotel offers one.
Highly recommended! Dreaming to get back there.

We stayed at the Apartments Rosalp, run but the Castelli family for a week recently. You need to pay cash for the apartment. no Visa.

There are three one bedroom and three studio flats in a small apartment block. Ski locker below rooms.

The flats/ studios are old fashioned but warm, clean, with plenty hot water. Good beds. Rooms are absolutely dark if shutters are pulled closed. Both hobs and microwave for cooking. Fridge and dishwasher.

Tiny cups and glasses so bring your own mugs for tea and glasses for gin

Great bakery next door.

You have to leave cars at the main car park several minutes away.

Two blocks from the slopes.

Dragon pub nearby for 5pm drinks.

Fantastic Restaurant Tipico also two blocks away by Cafe Whymper. Restaurant Matterhorn behind the block.
