It is difficult to find the right bell to ring. There is no clear name on the door. There are 6 buttons to press. We pressed them all to find the owner and so we could get in. The air in the staircase was like in a hospital: it had a strong smell of disinfectant and rubbing alcohol every day. When we entered the flat, she calculated the price of our stay very quickly and I felt pressed to pay. In addition to this, I had contacted her, saying that I would use the kitchen, but I found only a couple of coffee cups, saucers and a small pot to warm the milk and cutlery. Nothing else (no pan, no big pot for noodles or also a salad bowl) and the oven was locked with a chain.
The remote control for the air conditioner was not there. In the bathroom there was only little liquid soap. Again it all smelled like in a hospital so I kept the windows always open but at night there were mosquitoes. What I didn't like most was the fact that the owner came in while we were out, to bring some things we needed to cook. She did this without calling us first. I would have preferred to be informed of her visit.
Later we came back and after 5 minutes she rushed in suddenly using her key. She was surprised to find us and said that she had come before but she had knocked and we were not there. I told her that I wished to be informed of any visits. After this, she respected our privacy. But from the inside it was not possible to leave the key in the door lock, there was only a knob to lock the door. From the outside she can come in with her key. I didn't like this. Of course, all in all, the rooms and bathroom were nice and clean and the fridge and the stove worked well. There was enough warm water in the bathroom and a nice closet in the bedroom. The location was great because the flat is near the centre.
