This hotel is excellent value for money; it is comfortable and friendly and convenient for trips to Venice - tho' you have to make your way into Treviso (short bus ride or stiff walk) to get the train (if you don't travel by car - but car isn't much use in Venice). There has been a restaurant open - more or less next door - every time we have stayed there, but its connection to the hotel is not very clear (to us anyway!) Unlike Venice it is not full of other tourists. It is especially nice when the festa of San Antonino is on (local church fete)- we happened on this accidentally on one visit. I agree that some Italian is needed tho' they do try and be helpful.
