Lovely hotel that was centrally located within walking distance of St. Mark's Square. The hotel is right on the canal. Rooms were what you would expect in Venice (small) but the atmosphere of the hotel was great. Nice staff. Small elevator. Great breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice little gem of a hotel located just minutes from St. Mark's Square, shopping, dozens of quaint, understated restaurants, including a fabulous authentic little wine bar/restaurant immediately next door, which is great when you arrive the hotel late after a long day of travel. The hotel has a subtle modern decor. The the rooms are nothing fancy, but they are certainly adequate, though maybe a bit sterile -- tile and/or hardwood floor with no carpet or rugs, felt a little cold. Rooms and hotel in general were immaculate. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very pleasant and professional. One point worth noting but which may be standard for all the local hotels: depending on your size, the fact that there is no shower per se; the bathtub features a hand-held shower head that must be used with care if you don't want to spray the entire bathroom, as the tub is completely open (no shower curtain or other enclosure). Can be a bit awkward trying to fold yourself small enough to bathe and wash your hair, particularly if you're tall. It's likely most Westerners accustomed to large showers will find this somewhat unpleasant. Otherwise, high marks for this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 2nd floor will hear significant early morning noise from the breakfast room/kitchen which is centrally located on the same floor. If you want to sleep in past 6am, recommend asking for room on other floor.

This hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very large and the hotel is right on the canal. They even upgraded our rooms so we could have a canal view! The location was very convenience, just a couple of blocks from St. Mark's Square. And there are a few good restaurants nearby as well (including one with the best tiramisu I'd ever had!).

Breakfast was above average, complete with the usual european breakfast cuts and cheeses, but also sausage and eggs!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for restaurants, etc. I would definitely staff at this hotel again!

Great find. Centrally located and a 5 minute walk from St Marks square and easy to get around most of Venice. Room was nice sized - holding a family if 4 comfortably. Staff could not have been nicer. Even supplied boots for high tide.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon & were very happy with the experience.

Lovely spacious rooms with clean bathrooms & a great location close to many great restaurants & easy walking distance to St Marco's square etc all for what we thought was a very reasonable price.

Friendly staff, good wifi & adequate breakfast every morning. And pop up to the roof top bar for a drink. It's small but nice up there!

Recommended.
