Great location--open the window and watch gondoles passing by below, good breakfast, great, helpful staff, and a little adventure every evening coming back! We are a family of 4 with a kid and a teenager and the room was perfect for us. The staff was able to recommend restaurants where we had great dinners without breaking the bank.

Room Tip: we stayed on the fourth floor overlooking canal--amazing!

Quiet hotel, large room (205), super clean. We requested twin beds. The room was furnished with an armoire, desk, coffee table and 2 armchairs in addition to a king size bed and a twin bed which doubled as a lounge. Plenty of room for our luggage. This room was twice the size of the rooms we usually find in Venice. To our delight the canal below our room had gondole and service boats going by in the afternoon. Very nice, modern bathroom. The shower was a good size. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Location is a plus, 5 minute walk to S. Marco. It was easy to find from the waterbus stop (S. Marco-Vallarissa), using the Hotel's directions. Nice breakfast in a pleasant room. We loved every moment here. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully positioned, close to St. Mark's Square, yet quiet. Superior rooms facing the canal are charming. Rooms are big and very clean. Very helpful staff at the reception. Nearby plentiful of good restaurants.

Room Tip: Make sure you book the room facing the canal, quiet at night and during the day you can listen to go...

Lovely hotel that was centrally located within walking distance of St. Mark's Square. The hotel is right on the canal. Rooms were what you would expect in Venice (small) but the atmosphere of the hotel was great. Nice staff. Small elevator. Great breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice little gem of a hotel located just minutes from St. Mark's Square, shopping, dozens of quaint, understated restaurants, including a fabulous authentic little wine bar/restaurant immediately next door, which is great when you arrive the hotel late after a long day of travel. The hotel has a subtle modern decor. The the rooms are nothing fancy, but they are certainly adequate, though maybe a bit sterile -- tile and/or hardwood floor with no carpet or rugs, felt a little cold. Rooms and hotel in general were immaculate. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very pleasant and professional. One point worth noting but which may be standard for all the local hotels: depending on your size, the fact that there is no shower per se; the bathtub features a hand-held shower head that must be used with care if you don't want to spray the entire bathroom, as the tub is completely open (no shower curtain or other enclosure). Can be a bit awkward trying to fold yourself small enough to bathe and wash your hair, particularly if you're tall. It's likely most Westerners accustomed to large showers will find this somewhat unpleasant. Otherwise, high marks for this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 2nd floor will hear significant early morning noise from the breakfast room/kitchen whi...

This hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very large and the hotel is right on the canal. They even upgraded our rooms so we could have a canal view! The location was very convenience, just a couple of blocks from St. Mark's Square. And there are a few good restaurants nearby as well (including one with the best tiramisu I'd ever had!).

Breakfast was above average, complete with the usual european breakfast cuts and cheeses, but also sausage and eggs!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for restaurants, etc. I would definitely staff at this hotel again!
