“Best carpaccio ever”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 May 2014 via mobile

Show that has been shown by Stefano when he was preparing the carpaccio di branzino is amazing.
The taste of this was incredible.
This restaurant is probably not so famous among the tourists, but most likely is very popular among the locals.

“Well worth finding”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 May 2014

Recommended by our hotel as a good local place to eat. We checked it out during the day but it was completely shuttered so weren't sure if we even had the right location. But at night, open and alive. Stefano very friendly, spoke good English, and a great showman! We asked his recommendations on the menu and wine and were very happy. Interesting to try cuttlefish in its own ink. Saw several guests having sea bass (Branzino) carpaccio, which is prepared with a great flourish at the table. Neighbouring table gave us a taste, delicious. Yes, we would recommend eating here.

“Nice seafood ”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 January 2014 via mobile

Visited for business dinner, nice food with traditional Hall and service. Very polite and friendly staff. Try the fish carpaccio. Seafood spaghetti is good, also the grilled prawns were excellent. Nice deserts as well. Not a touristic place.

“An absolute must!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 January 2014

I just spent two relaxing and wonderful months in Venice and happened upon this restaurant by recommendation from a friend who owns another local restaurant. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! Table side presentation far exceeded my expectations. I had more friends visiting for New Years and took 10 people and all agreed it was one of the best meals ever! Very local place with an outstanding staff.

“Too salty”

We ordered the razor clams and scallops, which were good. The soup and seafood pasta were WAY TOO SALTY. 1 star.

The squid ink pasta was okay.
