My daughter and I stayed in this apartment from October 2 to October 9. My only quibble is that the apartment could use a good reading lamp or two as I found it somewhat difficult to read with the available lighting. Venice was overcast the entire time we were there so maybe that contributed to the dimness.
That being said, the apartment is very, very nice. Clean, cozy, well-appointed, quiet, charming, comfortable, convenient--I could go on and on. It is well situated. A bakery, supermarket, news stand, cafes, and the Arsenale vaporetto stop are all within an easy 10 minute walk. San Marco is approximately one-half mile away, also an easy stroll.
There was plenty of hot water for showers. The bathroom had one of those wonderful towel warmers.
The kitchen was equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. There were plenty of dishes, pots & pans, etc. A washing machine was tucked into a corner of the balcony.
We couldn't use the balcony because the weather didn't cooperate but is looked inviting.
We would stay here again. After a busy day sightseeing, the apartment felt like home when we returned.
I should mention that there are steep stairs that you will have to negotiate but it is well worth it after the climb.
