“What a little gem”
Reviewed 19 November 2013

We were looking for somewhere to have a drink yesterday prior to going for dinner and spotted this little place in the back streets. We were greeted with a smile and ushered to sit where we liked. We ordered a couple of beers and these were delivered with a smile and a little bowl if nibbles. The waiter had a bit of banter with me when I asked where their toilet was "2 streets down and over the bridge" (wink). Was beautiful to sit there listening to the accordion player that was located just to the side of this place (we had seen him earlier in the day elsewhere). We were then brought out a small plate if freshly cooked bread / pizza nibbles - the dough was to die for so we decided to have dinner here too! We had 2 pizzas, half a litre of house wine and it was perfect. 2 beers, 2 pizzas and wine for a well worthy 37€. Definitely recommend a visit, we will go there again before we leave.

“Friendly hideaway from Venisian crowd”
Reviewed 4 October 2013 via mobile

After a long wander around crowded streets of Venice we decided to stop in this small trattoria and were surprised by very nice service and good food. We have tried black spaghetti (which was excellent), really good coffee and tiramisu (which wasn't the best). We highly recommend this friendly place!

“Simpatia e servizio buoni”
Reviewed 10 September 2013

After the visit of the city, on the way back we stopped for a snack.
Good quality food, salad and the sympathy of the operators is an additional point.
Ideal for a city break with low prices.
