There are so many restaurants in Venice that serve Chef-Boy-Ardee quality food that it was with huge relief that we found Ostaria Ai Stori. The restaurant is on a small alleyway in the San Polo district. The chiccetti grill (not fried, grilled) and the polenta with three types of fish were both excellent Venetian dishes. For those traveling with kids -- our daughter's margarita pizza was one of the best we've had in Italy (and this is AFTER Naples).
