TIP: do not panic when reserving on-line, reply is not fast. A bit of follow up is required, but well worth it among all the traps of Venice.
We only had time for a quick lunch, and this we very much regret. Sunday for lunch, opens at 12, but in charming Italian is not ...really ready yet. However with a glass of prosecco outside, the waiting time of 20 minutes passed painlessly. The lunch menu is a bargain, 28 EUROs for three so-called tapas, very tasty seafood mini-starters served together. The main course, crispy, cooked exactly right, seabass - highly recommended. Desserts are extra, and very good. Wine list carries all you need, and from many smaller producers, and you will have no trouble finding a good bottle below 40 EUR.
