B and B Venice is in a great location, a short walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop, and near the Rialto Bridge. The room was very clean, and a suprisingly good size! There were only 2 other rooms, and it was very quiet at night. We did not get to meet the owner (she had emailed me with very clear instructions about how to get in to the room), but when we arrived the cleaner let us in and she was very helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights before our cruise and then for one more night after the cruise.
Its a cute apartment with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Yes there are a lot of stairs to climb so keep that in mind when packing- we always overpack but it wasn't a big deal. We were in Venice in August and the heat was intense but each room has its own air conditioning so it was perfect! The kitchen has enough supplies with coffee, condiments etc and there is a coop a few minutes away. The location is really perfect- right off St Stae waterbus stop- it was nice not having to haul luggage all over the place as we saw many people do. You are 2 stops from the Rialto bridge and from there we walked to St Mark's although there is a waterbus straight to that location- its fun to wander the streets and discover all the charming squares and alleys. The wifi works on the first floor and there was a little desk there to use and it also worked in the upstairs hallway and sometimes in the kitchen. We really didn't use it much- mostly the kids used it for Facebook at the end of the day. The area is nice to walk around and the vaporetto stop is so handy- you don't have to negotiate the many alleys at night which i was grateful for- we got lost enough times during the day but somehow you always find your way back to where you should be! Nicola, the owner was really nice to deal with and I would not hesitate to stay here if i end up back in Venice (hopefully one of these days!).

My wife and I spent a couple of nights at B&B Venice in May. It was easy to find, which for first-time visitors to Venice is a real plus. The whole place is comprised of three rooms, each with their own bathrooms, all on the second floor. The rooms are very large. There's lots of room. The bathrooms were new, clean and decently spacious. The owner is an affable young guy who was very helpful with ideas, tours and directions. Remember, it is very easy to get lost in Venice. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is mis-named because there is no real breakfast. However, within a three-minute walk there are a number of pastry shops, a coffee house and the like. The fact it is so close to the vaporetto stop is a real plus. We quite enjoyed our stay and who consider returning should we come back to Venice.

This is one of our favorite apartments compared to all the ones we stayed all over Italy. It was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. It was spacious for the 6 of us. There were 3 large bedrooms and each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. The bathroom is small but clean and modern - totally adequate. There is a kitchen and living area in the middle. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need, plus the basic supplies like coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, salt, olive oil, vinegar, etc.

The location is great. it is just off the San Stae watertaxi station. Makes it easy to not have to lug our luggage across any bridge. But you do have to lug your bags up the stairs. The apartment is on second floor so my advice is to pack light. Oh, and having an apartment close to the watertaxi station is extremely helpful if you have trouble finding your way back after a day of sightseeing. The streets of Venice are incredibly confusing - it's like a maze and even having a map is not very helpful. When we were lost in the maze, we just asked for directions to the San Stae watertaxi stop and that helped a lot!

Only challenge was Internet. You can only get wifi from the 1st floor so you have to go down to the table on the landing of the first floor. Not a big deal if you don't need Internet but we needed it for some business so it was just a tiny bit inconvenient.

There is a Majer bakery (dont miss it!) and Coop grocery store nearby. And Nicola, the owner is VERY friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Venice.

Five of us stayed at the Bed And Breakfast Venice.it in March 2013. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own very small bathroom. We rented all 3 which gave us the living-room Kitchen area to ourselves. If you only rent a room you will share the common area with others. This apartment does not have breakfast included though we initially thought that it did but nothing about the breakfast was stated by the owner when we arrived. It is on the top floor of the building actually the address is 1964A. There is wi-fi only if you sit on the bottom step near the main entrance which was cold in early March. The rooms were nicely renovated and the common area also had everything that you would need. It is located very near one of the Vaporetto stops. In Venice you will walk a lot unless you get an extended pass to use the waterway which is extremely expensive. It takes a day or two to get acclimated to the street layout and you are a fair distance from Saint Marks. We had a walking tour two hours combined with a 1 hour grand canal tour (Would recommend). Everything is a little more expensive in Venice then the other cities we visited.

Room Tip: I would only stay here again if I took all 3 rooms.

This property is located in a great location. You can walk to everything and it is close to a water bus station.

The apartment was large enough for the 7 of us. The owner is a very nice guy.

The place is a bit older, but well kept. The only real complaint, the beds are not comfortable.

Location, location, location!
