A beautiful Venetian building in an ideal location, it was easily accessed from P' Roma. A 10 minute walk to the Rialto took longer as my wife stopped at every shop! We stayed in the family apartment, it has everything one could need. The location and house feels less tourist, a geniune histrorical cultural feel, we much prefer this to other areas of Venice and the hotels. The Managers Pietro and Ketty are great and just made everything so easy. We will be back again next year!

Room Tip: It was my wife and Me with our 12 year old, not suitable for young children.

We stayed in the Attic again this Summer and again the apartment was perfect - peaceful, very well equipped, wonderful views and a fantastic location. Everything runs smoothly from booking to check out. We hope to go again next year and maybe try a different apartment. Thank you again, Pietro and Ketty!

We Stayed in West Studio for 3 nights. The moment we entered the place, the lovely fragrace they have put amazed us!!

The flat was amazing and very well equipped with whatever you can think of ,weather its kitchen, bathroom or anything.

The decor was 13th century venetian style and the whole building dates from 13th century as well !! But very well kept and managed.

The location is very nice. Its behind frari church which is one of the most beautiful churches in Venice and you are just 10 mins walk away from Rialto..There is a big supermarket close to this place and can be easily found.

We had wonderful stay and would highly recommned it !!

The couple (Pietro & Ketty) who own and manage the property are very friendly and nice..They both Speak english as well :-)

Room Tip: I am sure all of their flats would be brilliant. We stayed in West Studio and it was just lovely.

We have just returned from yet another splendid 2 1/2 week stay in the two-bedroom Family Apartment, which is the largest of the lovely flats in this wonderful palazzo. I have of course reviewed this splendid property before, but wish to confirm that it still delights us and that we will be returning next year. The flat combines great comfort with superb atmosphere - as I've said before, it's a huge plus that the location is so wonderful: breathtaking view of the Frari Basilica from the main room and bedrooms; very close (3 mins walk) to one of the major water-bus stops - S. Toma - served by both of the main Grand Canal services. So the house is perfectly situated between the Rialto and St Marco, hence v easy access to the carpark and railway/bus stations, and there is much to do in the vicinity. The couple who manage the properties are delightful & super-helpful: it is so easy to go wrong in Venice and so crucial to know how terrific this place is - charming traditional furniture; well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc; quiet beautiful neighbourhood - good restaurants and local shops including a useful supermarket close by. Very warmly recommended.

Room Tip: These are apartments, not 'rooms' - a variety of sizes available. The Family Apartment is on...

We stayed in the family apartment the first week of July. What a treat! Great for a long visit, with full kitchen and plenty of room to relax. The location is great, a short walk to any spot you plan to visit in Venice. The building is very old, which lends to the charm of feeling like you are really experiencing the city. But be prepared for lots of stairs (or a ride in a claustrophobic elevator) and simple amenities (not a real shower, but handheld). We spent all day exploring the city, but returned each evening for a few hours of "down time" with wine, crackers, and cheese. Didn't cook a full meal, but the kitchen is absolutely ready for you if that's what you want to do. We felt the price was great for a large apartment where four of us didn't feel a bit crowded. Definitely would stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

Room Tip: Family apartment is great with older kids who could stay a bit separate from mom & dad. Tiny ki...

These renovated holiday apartments are built in to an classic Venetian palazzo that is both evocative of the city's history and as comfortable as today's traveler would want. What it may lack in luxury is amply compensated by authenticity, character and convenience. The West Studio's high beamed ceilings make it feel really spacious, and the antique furniture, hot shower, strong (and free) wifi, comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchen all make for a delightful stay. The neighborhood is great. We went for the Biennale but found ourselves spending more time hanging out at cafes, wandering along the canals and dipping into churches. Except for the cruise ships, Venice has resisted the kind of development that has ruined other great cities, and finding Ca'Badoer is a wonderful case in point.

Comfortable well kept flat.Close to shops, bars, eating places. My wife is a vegan and just over the bridge out the front door she could sit down for a meal. Close to vaporetto and bus and train, easy walk to Rialto. Pietro was very likeable and interesting person. Bud Kerr

Room Tip: The Attic has the best views.
