The location is perfect. A short walk to Rialto. Plenty of shops and bars nearby.
We stayed in Mimi. The room is spacious, immaculately clean and has everything you need. Alarm clock, hairdryer, television. Beds are comfortable.Good shower and bidet.Towels are changed every other day.
We had no problem with noise from the street below.
The breakfast room works well. We appreciated being able to make our own breakfast. We bought some cheeses at the deli nearby and kept it in the fridge. You can make coffee and have cake anytime. That's just what you need after a long day's sightseeing.
We will be booking again immediately

This little gem of a B&B has to be one of the best experiences we have had so far on our trip to Europe. Stefania is just beautiful/friendly/helpful and her gorgeously renovated rooms are spotless. The B&B is perfectly located literally 4 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge, has a great little kitchen and eating area for the three rooms and is always stocked with fantastic little Italian treats. Stefania gave us great tips for restaurants that were a true local Venetian experience which was a highlight given the "touristy places" can be expensive. We would not hesitate to recommend this B&B as a top class experience at very affordable pricing. We loved our visit and Stefania we would love to come back and see you!

Room Tip: We had the Carmen room which was large with a private ensuite and double glazed windows which made i...

The B&B is located along a main street right beside Campo San Polo. It is close to the Rialto bridge and within short walking distance to all the main attractions of Venice. We took a Vaporetto (Line 1) just outside the Venezia Santa Lucia train station to San Silvestro vaporetto stop which was a less than 4 minutes stroll to the B&B.

The highlight of our stay is definitely the hospitality of Stefania, the B&B owner, and her ever polite, humble and helpful staff Nuwan. The friendliness and warmth of Stefania makes you feel at home the minute you arrive.

We stayed in the Mimi room on the top floor. It was spacious, very clean and had shutters outside the windows to block out noise so the sounds from the busy street below was not an issue.

Breakfast in the dining room is plentiful, with breads, cakes, cereal, fruits, coffee, tea and etc. There is even a well stocked refrigerator where you can grab a drink or bite from anytime.

Stefania as a host was excellent. She took the time with us to explain what to see in Venice and the tourist traps to watch out for. Anytime we needed any help, she asked us to not hesitate to call her mobile. This is always good to have just in case but thankfully we didn't encounter any difficultly while exploring Venice. We are forever thankful to her for helping to rush by to unlock the B&B main door to retrieve a jacket on short notice in the early morning when we had forgotten to pack it in our luggage after checking out. Without her invaluable help, we would have missed our train.

In my opinion, You and Me B&B is the best accommodation to stay at in Venice and we will definitely stay there if we ever have the chance to visit the beautiful city of Venice again.

We stayed here for 5 days in April and had a wonderful time. Stefania could not have been more helpful, and I can only echo all the other comments about her establishment.

The Mimi room, which we stayed in, was large and comfortable, with an excellent shower room. Both were scrupulously cleaned every day, and the only tiny criticism that I can think of is the lack of anywhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower.

The rooms are comparable with superior rooms in 3 star hotels in Venice, but the prices are much lower. It must represent the best value for money in the city.

We chose this b+b because of trip advisor and were not disappointed. Arriving at 11pm we opted to have a taxi and water taxi from treviso airport - somewhat expensive but definitely worth the money, because Venice being the fabulous place it is, means that the labyrinth of streets are not easy to navigate, and arriving in the dark makes it difficult to find where you are (and where you're going!). The taxi deposited us about a minute from the b+b and we still struggled!
Anyway, having found it, with the help of a very helpful young local, it was fabulous. Stefania was on hand to welcome us and give us lots of information about where to go and what to do. The accommodation was spotless, breakfast relaxed and plentiful and location, second to none. It felt like a home from home, and despite being on a main 'drag', gave us no problem with noise.
I would recommend this to anyone, and would definitely return.
One word of caution. Stefania warned us about pickpockets in st marks square. I had my watch taken off my wrist on the grand bridge. A 'very nice' man accidentally bumped into me, apologised profusely, and had actually taken my watch off my wrist!!! Despite being upset about this - it was a present from a loved one - I refuse to allow this low life to ruin what was otherwise a fantastic experience, in a wonderful b+b.

Stefania our host showed an attention to detail and care which is remarkable and uncommon in our experience of bed and breakfasts, including helpful local advice and availability by phone for queries. The bed and breakfast is situated ideally within the San Polo district of central Venice. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, very tastefully decorated and quiet. Our breakfast was varied and contained numerous options to suit every taste. In short, this bed and breakfast stands out from others.
