Sabrina was our guide on our 3rd day and she was excellent. We finished our tour feeling that we had learnt a lot about part of Venice's history. Highly recommended.

We had originally planned to do the 3-hour tour, walking and boat ride with kids but since we had done a similar boat tour earlier, so we opted for a custom walk from the Rialto bridge to the Dorsoduro area. It was a very interesting walk through many small back alleys of the San Polo and Dorsoduro sestieri of Venice. Definitely one of the few parts of Venice with fewer tourists! We were completely lost (!) in a maze of small alleyways as Sabrina easily navigated her way around and explained about many of the interesting places we saw along the way.

We ended our tour at the Ca' Rezzonico where she took us on a tour through the museum. I have to say that her presentation of Giandomenico Tiepolo's work in the museum and the prevailing zeitgeist in Venice at that period in its history was very well done!

I was hesitant to book this tour as many had told me that Venice didn't require a tour. So glad I didn't listen and booked this tour. Sabrina was our guide and she was amazing. Sure, we could have walked without it but we would have missed the amazing history.

We did the 3-hour tour, walking and boat ride with kids. Sabrina started off great, as we got lost after we got off the train (seems impossible but we managed) and she met us at a different location to help us. She started with a Saint Mark's Square, she explained the history of Venice then made the entire puzzle connect the dots by taking us in the Basilica of St. Mark's where we continue learning about the amazing history of Venice.

We then went on the boat tour portion on the canal. I am so glad that we decided to add that on. If you don't see Venice by boat then you are missing a big portion of Venice. It wasn't a quick glance, we were able to see and learn about the buildings and history from the water. We were awe-inspired.

We ended with a mask shop and it was great to learn the why behind the masks.
And did I say how much we LOVED Sabrina. She was amazing, very patient with our questions and my two kids.

We took the advantage of the Canal tour, Murano Glass factory and walk from Arsenal to San Marco's. The 4.5 hours and tour length is just perfect for us! Fernando is knowledgeable on history, building, architecture and has tons of story to tell! Fernando is funny, attentive, and even treated us for a cup of espresso at break. His priority pass into the San Marco's church is a blessing in a hot summer, to avoid the 1 hr line. Able to walk and see how people in Venice lived their normal life is an unique experience!

Fernando helped us decide which tours would be the best fit for us given our timetable and our early morning arrival in Venice after a red-eye flight. Sabrina picked us up at our hotel. Because it was pouring rain, she was flexible and postponed our boat tour until the next day. When the rain was so strong that we couldn't even walk comfortably outside, she gave us a wonderful tour of the Doge's Palace. Sabrina is so full of knowledge and was so much fun!

The next day Allesandra arrived at our hotel, as on-time as Sabrina had been the day before. The weather was more accommodating this time, and we immensely enjoyed our walking and boat tours. Allesandra paid close attention to the things we told her we wanted to see, and she worked in some time in the Jewish Ghetto even though it was Saturday and the Ghetto was mostly empty. We really enjoyed meeting both women, and we felt that along with enjoying their intimate knowledge of Venice, we had made two new friends.

Francesco was a great tour guide. He gave us so much information and had answers for all of our questions. He also spoke very good English. They were very quick in responding to our emails and kept us up to date with any changes. Would definitely use them again!
