This museum is like an oasis in busy Venice. It is beautifully situated on the canal and the collection is lovely. The museum and small garden are immaculate. Highly recommend if you have the time. It was fun roaming the streets to and from the museum. Great area also.

Excellent modern Art Gallery. Nice lay laid out. Reasonable entry price.

Make sure you visit the veranda that looks out onto Grand Canal a bit of art in its own right.

The museum is lovely to visit. The building, the history, the collection... look at the Anish Kapoor sculture in the garden.

There is a nice place to relax on the terrace towards Canal Grande.

We decided to visit the PG Collection as we were in Venice, the location just off the grand canal made it easily found and the property itself was remarkable. I am not arty so found the exhibit more amusing than perhaps I should have done It’s not cheap so I would only go if you really get art, I really do not but gave it a go to expand my art knowledge - it just crystallised the fact that I don’t get it at all

We loved seeing the home of Peggy Guggenheim and her eclectic modern art collection. The docents there were art students and very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Make sure to allow at least 1.5 - 2 hours here, and check the web site to see if any talks are being offered. We were fortunate enough to hear a 30 minute talk outside in the lovely courtyard about Peggy Guggenheim and her life in Venice - fascinating!
