We stayed at this hotel for three nights and were pleased we did. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. Very clean and up-to-date. We loved the location of this hotel. We walked everywhere we went except for one time when we took a gondola to a nice restaurant in St. Marks Square. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Venice. If we return to Venice we will be staying here again.

Stayed here for one night from 5-6 Dec before continuing our journey to Milan.
Hotel is nice with free Wifi. Not stable at times. The best part is that this hotel provide hot water flask with nice varieties of tea sachets. We don't get this in our hotel stay in Rome (Augusta Lucilla) and Florence (Grand Hotel Baglioni). In Florence, they charge £5 per request of hot water unless you go down to the restaurant, it will be free.
The best part is that, the room has this multi charger box for you to charge all brands handphones, camera, video.
Room well lit, bright, airy, super nice view facing canal.

BUT OMG OMG, the hotel lift super tiny. Lift door only less than 1m wide. Wonder why? Big size human with tiny lift size. In Asia small frame, huge lift. Why why? Mentality? Designer issue? Law in design?
The lift size can fit 1 stroller, my 2 kids and 2 adults. That's all.
Enjoy your holiday!!

Wonderfull hotel, located close to a main Venezian transportation stops, but at the same time on a quiet area. The hotel is simply beautiful, and the rooms are nicely decorated, but a bit small for my taste. Hotel personnel are very friendly, and rooms are clean and appear to be new, even thought I know they are not. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety, so is money well spend. Internet connection is good, but need to work a bit on the computer set up for customers in the lobby, is not easy to handle and had to ask for help to print a document, I need to say the front desk guy came with a smile to help. Also front desk personnel was very help full to give amp and letting us know about different places to have dinner at, and what to see during the day. I will say one fo the best hotels I have visited in my whole life.

While not in the most picturesque or central part of Venice, the great service, friendly staff, comfortable room, and close proximity to both land and water transportation make up for it. The walk from the airport bus to the hotel was just a couple of minutes and the Piazzale Roma boat stop is also a short walk. We purchased a week pass on the public boats (vaporetto) that took us anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go.

We enjoyed the small bar off the lobby after a full day walking and boating around this magnificent place. The room we had faced the park and path to the bus and boat transportation. It was very comfortable, clean and relatively quiet.

Stayed just one night at the beginning of our cruise and wanted to stay here again at the end. Traditional elegant with good old fashioned service. On the canals in an ideal location, not too busy but close to everything including the bus station. Comfort and good food assured will definitely go again, and book longer next time. Well done Papadopoli a perfect hotel.
