A modern, boutique style hotel right in the heart of venice. Location wise its exactly where you need to be 5 mins or so from St marks and a quick walk down to the waterbus..but really quiet. Our room overlooked the canal and bridge but with enough soundproofing to keep the noise out. Front desk staff helpful with a couple of good restaurant recommendations, breakfast really good with the option of a freshly made eggs n bacon sat out in the picturesque courtyard. The room (201) not the biggest but we didnt spend that much time in it and I guess like anything in Venice , you want more you have to pay! Everything in the room was up to a high standard, inc the free mini bar!

Lovely small hotel only a few minutes away from st marks square. It's tucked away though so you're not in the centre of everything to make it too busy. Clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary mini bar is great idea and we appreciated it after a long day sightseeing. My only issue with the hotel is the temperature of our room, it was very warm and we were told the air con would not work as they did not consider it warm enough to turn the air con on yet. So we had to have our bedroom window open and we were situated on first floor over the busy street. We didn't find the noise an issue but some people may. Apart from that it's a nice hotel and we would stay here again.

Excellent small hotel only 3 minutes walk from St Mark's Square and from the ferry landing stage of San Zaccaria. Opened only 3 years ago it is well furnished and very comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is simple but well presented and can certainly set you up for the day. Would definitely go back.

Four of us stayed for 3 nights over the Easter holidays. Previous reviews gave us high hopes for the hotel and we were not disappointed.
The location is very convenient for the main attractions (5 mins from St Mark's Square) whilst being slightly tucked away.
I would recommend the San Giorgio room on the first floor as it has a Juliet balcony which looks out onto the small canal that runs next to the hotel and another large window that overlooks the neighbouring side street. There is only a shower in the small bathroom with no opening window which wasn't an issue to us but might be for some.

Breakfast service is great and is available from 7 - 12. If you are really hungry ask for scrambled eggs! The courtyard is a good place to sit and and relax with complimentary pastries/coffee after a few hours sightseeing. The free mini bar in each room is also an appreciated extra.

All the staff members were friendly and helpful both before arrival (I had some email queries which were answered almost immediately) and during our stay.

If you are looking for a small, individual hotel that gives great personal service and comfortable accommodation in a location that is near to all the main attractions, then book Hotel Le Isole.
We had a fantastic time.
Would recommend taking a water taxi for the transfer to or from the airport. It gave us a little 'James Bond' moment! Great fun.

Hotel was easy to find from the Vaporetto stop with our suitcases, which we'd picked up from Trip Advisor.
The staff are friendly, helpful & informative, including how to get round the city and vaporetto times for getting back to the airport.
The hotel is very near St. Mark's Square.
And the view on walking out into the city lovely......

Stayed 4 nights. Great location behind Doge's Palace. 2 minute walk to vaporetto and St. Mark's. The best part was the service. Unfailingly friendly and helpful front desk, good cooked breakfast (included) provided by awesome staff. Room was quite small but with charm, very clean and the fixtures seemed new. Regular American-style bathroom - not the usual weird European setup. The (free) minibar was stocked with bottles of water, juice and beer, and when we departed early morning for the airport, the breakfast lady left a bag of breakfast sandwiches, juices and fruit to take on the water taxi.
