This is a very nice restaurant/pizzeria on Via Garibaldi, a few minutes walk from the naval museum and in a part of Venice which is relatively tourist-free and much the better for it. It serves simple fare and is an ideal venue for lunch. My tagliatelle with porcini and truffles was delicious and my companion's carbonara was declared by him to be the best he had ever eaten. None of us had pizza but they looked delicious at neighbouring tables.
The house wine in carafes was good, both red and white and the bill, when it came, was a very pleasant surprise.
