“Great Stop for Lunch”
Reviewed 5 April 2012

We stopped here for a quick lunch while walking the streets of Venice.
My husband and I split a panini and berry tart, for about 6 Euro.
The panini was large and filled us both up and the tart was Amazing!
The staff were friendly and there are a few bar stools to sit inside if you want.

“Hard to resist!”
Reviewed 15 September 2011

We came across Majer quite by chance; while walking in Santa Croce, we were drawn by a wonderful aroma of fresh bake. The place combined a bakery with a coffee shop offering a rich variety of rolls, buns, pastries, cannoli, panini… All of them looked mouth-watering and were hard to resist! We had coffee and chose a box of dainty biscotti. There were also wine and other things which make a nice souvenir from Venice. Back home, I searched for Majer’s site and their philosophy “A daily moment of sweetness and tastiness is what makes to forget all the rest…. Never give up this instant of your life!” revived sweet memory of Venice.
