We arrived about 10am after disembarking our cruise ship. We knew that checkin wasn't until mid afternoon. The staff were very welcoming and we were able to leave our luggage. We were also offered tea, coffee and breakfast which was lovely, although we just had tea and coffee. We then explored Venice and arrived back at the hotel late afternoon. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom although small was spotless and the towels were of excellent quality as was the bedding. We spent a few hours in the bar as we had a huge thunderstorm. The bar area was good and the drinks were excellent as was the service. The breakfast the following morning was superb. There was such a variety ranging from cereal, panda cottas, scrambled etc. all far too much to mention. The staff were efficient and friendly. Check out was straightforward. Once again the staff were great. We would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you.
